This little gem of a stay is located in a quiet neighborhood with a designated parking spot and some incredible views. Watching the mist and clouds clear in morning was stunning. Well appointed, very clean, kind host (via messaging), comfortable bed, incredible shower pressure, and lots of little thoughts carefully curated for a lovely overnight stay.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable and modern. The breakfast provisions and homemade treats were appreciated.

The place was big and comfortable. Room with a big bed and the bathroom with all the equipment needed. I cannot eat gluten and they bought gluten bread, muesli and a delicious snack, so nice.

The apartment was exactly as described and accurate from the photos. Extremely quiet area and view over the lake (you can see the steam vents also!). Comfortable and perfect for a quick stop over for a night or two. Very good shower.

There is a small creak in the floor (not a complaint, just an observation). The breakfast consists of cereal, hot drinks and toast which you prepare yourself. Not a exciting brekky, but adequate and generous. No coffee machine.

The breakfast was lovely, with everything that we needed; bread for toast, cereal, tea, coffee and milk, thank you. The sitting/dining and bedroom areas were very clean and had amazing views over the Rotorua lake and geothermal pools. Worth staying here for the views. Bathroom was very clean and everything we needed. There is no kitchen, but there is a fridge and microwave, however it is very difficult to use a microwave to cook especially when there are no washing up facilities. I wouldn’t recommend cooking here. Well worth a stay, would definitely recommend.

The power shower was awesome. The view. Nice clean and comfortable bed. Nice welcome sign and a few Christmas decorations.

I did not get to know the owner, but the instructions were all clear. I loved the place because it was really quiet, which is important to me, and I found everything I needed. It was clean as well. A good Spot for exploring the region.

The rooms were very tastefully decorated. Breakfast items were very good as a light meal. Shower was very good. The view across Rotorua was exceptional.

While there were a kettle and toaster it was difficult to use them due to lack of work surfaces and power outlets. We had to run each of the appliances sequentially on the breakfast table alongside the place settings. The floor-boards, particularly in the bathroom, creaked when stood on, awkward if one has to visit the bathroom at night.
