Constant communication with host, comfortable bed, pleasant sheets, view form the room, the street is alive, we enjoyed this, we chose it because it is our favourite area in Paris, for the ones enjoying local day-to-day life. The kitchen/living is a nice place for having the coffee with friends and plan for the day, for this we had all we needed. The coffee machine is a capsule based one. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms which is good. It is located close to 2 metro stations, and car/uber accessible, The fruit shop across the street is a joy for taste and eye. It was a great stay and we fully enjoyed it.

We missed an added set of smaller towels, but we survived :), hangers for towels in the toilet room would be helpful.

It is beautiful and the neighborhood is charming.

Loved all the shops and restaurants in walking distance

No AC so needed windows open but very loud at nighttime from people on the streets.

The property is a great size for larger families. It’s situated in a really great area full of restaurants and shops and you’re perfectly located for most of Paris’s attractions. Everything is clean, the beds are comfortable (not always the case in European apartments!) and the kitchenette is well stocked. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, communication was excellent and we had no problem arranging the collection / drop off of keys, leaving luggage etc.

There are a couple of signs of wear and tear here and there (damage on the sofa bed, front door knob, flooring etc.) - nothing terrible, but it could do with some repair and upgrading here and there. There was also a bit of a stale smell in the apartment which seemed to be coming from the orange bathroom (although we didn’t use it). It faded when the windows were opened. Overall it didn’t bother us too much. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs! Two of the bedrooms are on a busy road which has lots of people, motorbikes and cars - and you’re pretty close to the noise.

The seating in the lounge was on a sofa bed - Understand why, but not realy the most comfortable and the only minor area for improvement

it is located in a perfect neighborhood! Supermarket, fruit shop and all kinds of bakery places are just downstairs. The apartment is pretty, well decorated and spacious for 5 people.

The two bedrooms facing the street are quite noisy but this has been flagged by other guests in their comments, so this was not a surprise. And there were ear plugs provided for use.

The apartment is overwhelmingly beautiful and well equipped. I have rarely experienced such a welcoming host who constantly cares about you during your stay. Located in a very lively spot in Monmartre, you sleep well and quietly. Perfect beds. Many interesting sights within walking distance (Sacre coeur, Pigalle, Moulin Rouge, Louvre). Fabulous bakeries, charcouterie, fromagerie and other food stores around. Inviting cafés and restaurants nearby. Clubs in walking distance. We'll definitely come back.

It was just a perfect stay! The location is fantastic - just few steps to famous Rue des Martyrs where you can find a lot of local gastronomical shops. The flat is clean, pretty big (for the center of Paris) and well equipped.

The only one thing is the noise from the super-live street on the morning - vegetables, fish, meat stores prepare to be opened at 7am. But it can be expected because of the location. Actually it not a big issue - on another hand you can feel the city rhythm :)
