Kokomo II ist ein wunderschönes Haus am Golf, das sich ungefähr 5 km westlich des Highway 59 befindet. Dieses zweistöckige Haus verfügt über einen überdachten Parkplatz für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Die Treppe führt Sie zum Eingang auf der Nordseite. Auf der Hauptebene befinden sich ein offener Wohnbereich, ein Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine Waschküche. Der Wohnbereich ist schlicht und doch elegant mit subtilen Strandmotiven eingerichtet. Machen Sie es sich auf einem der bequemen Sofas gemütlich und sehen Sie sich Ihre Lieblingssitcom auf dem Flachbildfernseher an, während Ihre Gäste in der voll ausgestatteten Küche köstliche Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Die private Terrasse bietet einen Essbereich im Freien, in dem Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten genießen können, ein paar Liegestühle, die zum Sonnenbaden einladen, und direkten Zugang zum Strand. Das Gästezimmer mit Papageienkopf und handbemaltem Charme verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Das zweite Gästezimmer im Nordwesten des Hauses verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten. This is our 4 th year to have a family vacay to Gulf Shores. This year we thought we would get a house instead of a condo and I am telling you this house is perfect. Went with my husband , daughter and son in law and 3 grandchildren. Everyone had their space upstairs and then the downstairs was perfect for the family to be together , it is large and open concept with plenty of room. This house has everything you could need . Has your own path to the beach and just a quick drive to “all the things “ in town. We will definitely be staying here again.

The location right on the beach was amazing and was definitely our favorite part. The rooms and bathrooms were a little cramped, but the trade off for the location was worth it. They DO provide sheets and bath towels (whatever they tell you) so no need to bring your own, just bring beach towels. House was clean and nearly all in working order (upstairs bathroom door would not fully close), but all in all, a great house that suited our needs! We will be returning!

We had an AMAZING stay at Kokomo II for our girls trip! There were 10 of us so being right on the beach was a priority for, and the views from the kitchen were immaculate. The pull out couch IS incredibly uncomfortable, so that made sleeping arrangements difficult, but overall the house was an amazing location, clean, and exactly what we were looking for! Thanks for a great week!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved that it was a couple of miles down the road from the main touristy spots, but close enough to get to anything you wanted quickly. You cannot beat the private beach access, sunrises, and sunsets. If/when we make it back to Gulf Shores, we will definitely be checking to see if this place is available. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Beautiful home, most definitely will come back. The views are perfect. The walk to the beach is just a couple steps from the door. The home is managed thru Vacasa not a homeowner so just know that going in if you have an issue you’ll have to contact them and they may or may not call you back and correct the issue. But overall the house was worth it and most definitely will return.

We loved our stay at the Kokomo II. Couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous beach view, and we were a mere ten minutes away from the main road with many of the restaurants/activities in the area. We were happy and comfortable in the beautiful, spacious home. Will recommend to others.

House was great for two couples, it's a great location right on the beach. One couple, however, won't have an ocean view from their bedroom, so that was a little disappointing. But it was available from the living room.

Management was kind enough to let us know we could check in early and was very responsive on the couple of issues we contacted them about. All bedrooms were upstairs, so for people who have mobility issues this is not the place. Master bedroom has best view I’ve ever had in a vacation home!

Great location. We enjoyed our vacation despite the weather we had. The house had a great view. The air did stop working but the manager came right out to check it out and fixed the problem!

Overall location and house was awesome! Washing machine is super off balance and is alarming when you use it. House was clean when we got there but cushions were wet, but it was nice to know that they were cleaned. Beach access, parking, and bi weekly trash pickup was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend Fun
We had a fabulous time here at Kokomo II for a 20 year celebration of our annual girls weekend. The house was super comfy for our party of 7 and has fabulous views, right on the beach. Be prepared to bring all spices, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, but everything else is top notch.

Nice but missing a few things
The house was beautiful and the quiet location couldn’t be better. It was missing a few things though. There were no hot pads for the oven, no grill, and no beach equipment whatsoever. It’s disappointing when you fly in and don’t have what’s needed to enjoy the beach in the backyard. Also, a staircase off the back patio would be a huge asset to this house. If we go back we will find a different rental that is better equipped.

This home is fantastic for being right there on the beach. Gluf shores is a nice, quiet area(in September) if you looking to focus on relaxing in the sun. You are literally 5 minutes from several resturant. The view of the beach is awesome, especially with a cup of coffee as the sun is coming up. You are literally right on the beach, like 50 yards, incredibly wonderful. They had beach chairs & nets for doing things on the beach, so that was cool. Beds are very comfortable & the kitchen had everything needed to cook several different meals, including a crock pot! We absolutely loved our stay and will for sure being coming back.
Our one thing that kept us from a 5 star, & it was soooo close, was that the master bed had a lot of hairs & sand in it, almost as if some one had just gotten a hair cut, then changed the bed. We washed the sheets & it was fine, but it made us question if the bed was turned down.

When we pulled up, there she was. The most welcoming home one the BLVD. Pink, bold, bright and PERFECT. All of our jaws dropped as soon as we walked in the door. So beautifully updated, spacious..and that VIEW!
