Awesome nest across the street of the watts bar lake
Dieses Anwesen wurde komplett vom Boden bis zur Decke renoviert, mit super bequemen Betten, Ledercouch und -stühlen, erstklassigen Badezimmern mit neuen Badewannen und Duschwänden mit Düsen. Waschmaschine, Trockner im zweiten Badezimmer. Kabinendekor überall, Küche hat neue Spülmaschine. Neue Haube über Glaskochfeld, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster, viele Geschirrteile, Töpfe und Pfannen für das Familienessen.
Neue Klimaanlage und Heizung.
Luxuriöse Master-Suite, Smart-TV in jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer.
Bringen Sie Ihr Boot oder Ihre Motorräder mit, Sie haben einen überdachten Parkplatz. 2 Boote rampen in weniger als zu Meilen, der See ist nur über die Straße. Dollar General ist gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Restaurants sind auch in meiner Nähe.
Im Hintergrund können Sie eine überdachte Veranda mit Tischen und Stühlen genießen.
7 Meilen von Watt Bar dam. 1 Stunde vom Flughafen Knoxville und dem Flughafen Chattanooga entfernt. 2 Stunden von Pigeon Forge und Gatlinburg entfernt.
Viele schöne Fahrten mit dem Motorrad oder eine Bootsfahrt in der nahe gelegenen Marina, die weniger als 3 km entfernt liegt.

Decor was welcoming and unique. We spent time looking at all the antiques! Shower (x2) amazing as promised. Perfect location for exploring the area or great spot for true relaxation. Helpful to have a dollar general right next store for last minute items. Very clean and quiet. It was hard to leave

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at this listing. We stayed here over Christmas with our 6 year old son while visiting family. The hosts took such great care of us. They had a Christmas tree and decor set up for our arrival (including a Christmas cactus knowing we were traveling from AZ!). They were so easy to communicate with and were gracious hosts. The curb appeal was…interesting…as it sits above a flea market, but the interior was so cozy and inviting that the curb appeal was no issue. We loved cuddling up in front of the electric fireplace with the lit Christmas tree watching a movie each night. 10/10 experience

This place is a great place to relax. The apartment has a cabin like feel to it. So cozy and comfortable. My family loved it The a/c was great. As my boys played poker in the dining room I didn’t hear them once I closed the door to the master bedroom. Perfect for my family.

The kitchen is very spacious with everything you need and more than you would ever expect in a vacation rental.
I chose this location because of how convenient it is while I was visiting my parents. I definitely would return to this "Awesome Nest" when we need more space than my family home allows.

This property was delightful! We were 4 adults and a 2 yr - 6 yr olds. Once we got everything up the stairs we had a wonderful time. Property was very secure and well outfitted. Loved sitting on the covered porch for coffee. Thank you for opening your home to us!

A little slice of heaven at 10 Mile's Watts Bar Lake
Outstanding property owners who gave us a tour and were always available for questions. Great location to Watts Bar Lake, hiking and biking trails. The interior was well appointed with a classic country theme and presented even better than the photographs. Kitchen was excellent, stocked, and made it easy to eat in. We will definitely return to this Bar Lake property!

Very peaceful stay
This property has everything that you need and we liked looking at all the motorcycle inside and outside of the property. Did not have any problems here and the property owner was in contact with me. Would definitely recommend staying here

Perfect for tournament fishermen
We had 3 trucks and boats without a problem during our stay. Stored behind a gate so everything was safe and sound. Interior minister of house was beautiful and everything worked as it should. We’ll be back!

Extras! And then some.
This rental goes above and beyond. Easter candy around the house. Toiletries and extras. The bathrooms and showers are awesome! And the decor is rusticly vintage. Very cool! Master bed is a sleep number adjustable! Back porch was great! The only negative I can think of is that it's on the 2nd and no real yard. This is the nicest vrbo I've ever stayed in.

Ten Mile Getaway
I was originally concerned when I realized that the rental was over a business, but my worries were unfounded. The apartment is outfitted with top-notch amenities and is beautifully decorated. The location was great for taking walks across the street and accessing nearby hiking. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The owners were welcoming and friendly. Their overall description of the rental is accurate. The inside of this charming rental is exactly like the pictures. The rental is located across the street of Watts Bar Lake, but there is no view of it. We had a wonderful time regardless of the view and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a charming, comfy get away with friendly hosts!
