Stayed at the property for my wedding. Photographer was able to get some really good photos, groomsmen and everyone had plenty of room to sit, get ready and hang out.

Love it! When you get on the island, you let them know, and they send you information to get on the property. Shortly after, Sam comes to the unit and welcomes you. She is sweet and very informative. The view is great! We truly enjoyed the unit. The pool was fantastic. They kindly provided soap, trash bags, and toilet paper to help you get through the first day or two. The day we left, Sam left cookies outside for us, which were fantastic! There is a REAL home feel, and they truly care. They even had small things I’ve never noticed other units have, like binoculars. While we brought our own, it was nice to see someone think of having them. CON: This is unfair for me to say this, as I never mentioned it, so they haven’t had a chance to respond. But, on the second evening of our stay, I napped on the sofa. I woke up sweaty and had huge, itchy hives all over my back, shoulders, etc., and even some on my chest. Now, for some, this may seem alarming, but I am allergic to things with fragrance and/or chemicals, etc. While I did not smell a fragrance on the sofa, there was something on it that caused a moderate to severe reaction. Luckily some strong doses of allergy meds were enough. I suspect they sterilize everything, and it might have been that. Which is good for everyone else!!! We would 100% stay here again! (I will avoid the sofa! Lol) And we will book with them again (hopefully) next year.

We were very satisfied with the condo. It was just as described, large, clean, nicely decorated and a beautiful view. Plenty of room for family visits. Property managers responded promptly to questions.

We had a great time! Our check in process was very convenient, the staff was welcoming and friendly. it was just like the ad said. Looking forward to next years trip!

We enjoyed our stay. We were watching people surf during a tornado warning. Peg Leg Petes restaurant and store within walking distance. We even drove down Ft Pickens Rd. and watched the Blue Angels practice There is lots to do at Ft Pickens. Sam was very nice. We had a late check in and she had us all fixed up, She even dropped off cookies that my grand daughter loved

I've grown up visiting family in Pensacola for years but this was the first time we've gone and stayed right at the beach. It was perfect! Just steps from the beach. We were traveling with our two sons ages 3 and 1 who loved waking up early and going straight out there and it was super easy to come back inside for lunch and naps when we needed to. Good restaurants were nearby and we were able to do a fun visit to Fort Pickens. It was such a fun family getaway and we can't wait to go back!

We had a great week staying here. Very clean and great location. Only complaint is the silverware needs replaced and could add a toaster. Loved the views. Would definitely stay here again.

The balcony furniture was all broke and very uncomfortable husband and I sat out a lot to enjoy scenery but found it very dusappoonting

This is a perfect family condo with a great location..A walk across the road to the beach...beautiful balcony views of the gulf, convienence store located right next door and Peg Legs right beside it. Trolley station right in front of the condo. The pool area was not congested and it was clean. Could use some repairs on the pool area. The condo had a completely functional kitchen for cooking if you choose, with nice appliances, working washer and dryer and the beds are comfy. My only complaint would be that the king size bed comforter needs upgraded...it was stained so appeared dirty and the sofa had some tears in it but that did not take away from all the great aspects of the condo. We had eight people...Four adults and four kids ranging from 3 to 12 years old. It was spacious and we did not feel cramped. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the view and the proximity to the beach. The pillows need to be replaced and the front door sticks, but overall it's a great condo!

The condo was just as described. The view from the balcony was amazing! We had coffee every morning with the view of the ocean. Just magical. The beach was at a walking distance, really convenient.

This unit and property was perfect! Although across the street from the ocean, the view was perfect! Just steps to the beach, and nice pool area!

The carpet is stand all up like it’s dog pee the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work the towel holder was off the wall the washer has mold and smells terrible it was not worth the price that we had to pay I stayed there a year ago on the seventh floor and that condo was 10 times better than what I stayed in this time was not very impressed they change the code to the gate and didn’t inform us trying to get a hold of somebody who is very hard

Enjoyed the Condo, location and the scenery.

Location was good, 30 minute walk main area, 3 minute walk to Peg Leg Pete's. Accommodations were nice and conveniently located across the road from the beach. Our contact was responsive when we had a need. Thanks!

Booked this when the Blue Angels Homecoming was moved to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location. Beautiful condo with great views.

A nice getaway

This was a nice condo. Had everything we needed to fix meals. Beds was comfortable. We loved the view.

This property was prime location. Although it was across the street it felt like we were right on the beach. The view was breathtaking. We will be staying at this exact location again.

Very clean, beautiful view. Plenty of books to read and games to play. Perhaps an updated TV system with directions for those who are not so inclined! We spent many hours on the deck watching the ocean - just lovely.

The only problem I experienced was the gate code changed and we couldn’t get in one night. Another vacationer helped us get in

This 12th floor condo had everything you would need for a great beach stay. However, the thermostat was programmed to change the temperature to 78° every night @ 11:30 and every morning @ 6:30, locked. Just had to change it every day afterwards. The gate access codes given us were incorrect and we had to ask another renter for the correct one to get in. The pedestrian gate code given in the condo was also wrong. The garbage can in the kitchen had a clean liner bag in it, but when removed there was grease and garbage in the bottom of the can from the previous renters. There were 3 Google home pods around the condo, 2 were plugged in and powered, 1 was hidden and not plugged in. Except for the access code hassle, thermostat and dirty garbage can, we enjoyed our visit.
