Amazing location - ski in ski out. Apartment is on the back of the property overlooking the mountains and not the busy area by the ski lifts. Bed was very comfy (which is not the case with other apartments in Atrium) and the sofa beds worked well for our 17 and 15 year olds. Great shower as well!

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the location between de mountains was very beautiful. The nature over there is breathtaking.

The apartment was located in a building that looked like abandon. There was no reception, I picked up the key somewhere in another building and the receptionist over there was not that friendly. The most of the shops and restaurants were closed, it looked like a ghost town. Very badly maintained. The pool&spa are only open a few hours a day and kids are not allowed (we are traveling with kids, so this was a bit disappointing) also you have to pay entrance, 60 lari pp! (ca €20) I thought this was ridiculous. The rent you have to pay must be given in cash, cards are not accepted.

I highly recommend this apartment to everyone! The owner is such a proactive host! He was able to provide everything that you need in an apartment stay. Checking in and out was a breeze! Moreover, it has its own ski locker for your ski equipment. Since my mother preferred to eat inside the room, the owner was very good enough to request the restaurant to deliver our breakfast to our room every single day! When we needed a taxi, the owner immediately helped me get one. For anything that you need, the owner is always there for you! He'll act upon it right away in just a few minutes! I will definitely stay in this place again if ever I visit Gudauri again!

the design of the apartment is nice, and if you plan skiing in winter, it will be close to the cabins.

Attention! There are important things to know/check before booking the property. First of all, there is a lot of property in Gudauri, and I chose this one because of the nice pool and a nice restaurant in the building. However once we checked it, we found out that the swimming pool is not working, and the restaurant is closed! and the owner did not let us know about it. In return to our claim he offered us 15 (fifteen) lari discount! Further we found out that the TV is not working, and were waiting for “an IT guy” to come and fix it. Also be aware that the flush is not working properly, it’s very poor and it takes half an hour to gather water. so if you stay not alone but with a partner of family, you better agree on the toilet schedule, otherwise someone won’t be able to flush. sounds ridiculous? that’s just a fact. Also the garbage was not thrown after previous guests, and the flashing light in the bathroom.. but what really killed me, is the owner calling me the day after we checked out and saying that we burned chairs! we did not burn or destroy anything, but the cleaning lady “told him it was not there before”, so “who do you think I will believe”. this is just outrageous! the owner said that he expected us to run an apartment inspection and prepare a report for him on what is not working or is damaged. as if I was paid for doing any inspection there! maybe it’s a way to get more money from guests, or just some misunderstanding, but this was an awful experience, so better do a full apartment video when check in, to avoid such situation!
