Location, clean, value , view
It’s always my favorite choice, but really this year not as expected, even the staff , i have booked too early to avoid crowds & to select my favorite apartment , unfortunately they ignore my request & no support from the staff & it seem really they don’t care , Eid holiday & they know it will be full occupied , even the appartment was not clean & ready as usual

Very clean and confortable flat with high standing furniture. Balcony with sea view.
The flat was not in the location as described in booking in sidi bichr at the 5th floor. We had a flat located in the neighbourhood of Al Asafra at the 11th floor.

the studio was so much bigger than expected really clean and all staff were polite and accommodating security man and family were very friendly and welcoming will definitely come back and stay next time I need to be in Alexandria could not have asked for a better location

waited for the guy who brought the keys for about 20 minutes,
number to contact for any questions did not answer the right questions properly or for a very long time
on the first money we decided to leave this hut

Comfortable and clean. Quite central, spacious flat. Warm blankets and soft pillows were provided. Free coffee and drinks were provided, good wifi connection.

1. Rusted the cloth washing machine, living room TV not working and gas cylinder not working while they change it
2. Only two linen for two beds available for family for 3 nights that lead washing the linen by us while the weather no help for drying

The place is super coean .. the staff there are very helpfull .. there wre extra blanket in the closets and the sheets were clean
....there is 3 towels in the pathroom too .. there is microwave ,katle ,oven ,fridge withfreezer and heater for the bathroom ... I love how they have like small stuff they give you when you arrive (shampoo, toothbrush,soap, toothpaste.."all the small stuff that you might need for your stay at the apartment )
The car parking was little bit expensive 50 for night but the car was washed and took care of .

But one thing, before arriving we have to ensure that the property which we book not far from another..
Actually I've booked two properties.. and i want my family in the same building with me, but the staff make us far away about 30 minute distance of driving..
The staff miss communicated one with another.. this is what i don't like...

The Receptionist took Insurance money from me to be returned on Departure day. However, when o delivered the keys back, she didn’t give me that money back. Also, room service came only on arrival date asking if we want to change sheets but didn’t come back for the rest of the stay.
