I book With credit card but when I want to use My room the front desk ask to pay cash..very bad..how can management like this

There was not a memorable moment to like

1. Stayed for bussiness purposes 2. The staff woke me up in the morning to collect my bill, hence I have already submitted my ID (KTP). Rushed me to get to the nearest ATM. Fearing their boss will come on that day, to collect all money from the tenants 3. Need to be educated on how to treat customers 4. Need to be more tech savy, because I had requested a change of date on booking.com but no response from the hotel.
