The property is exceptional! It felt like we’d walked into a brand new apartment; everything was luxurious and the attention to detail is most notable. You’ll know exactly what I mean when you get there!
The facilities are high-quality and the apartment is spacious; lovely entrance with stairs that take you up to the main living space. A highlight for me was the steam room & amazing shower room.
Parking is great too - ignore the signs re ‘clamping’ as the property is linked to the Bathroom Company. Parking is handy and just a minute away from the apartment door.
I couldn’t fault this apartment at all. I didn’t like having to leave!

We come to Scotland often to visit family, and in the fifteen years we have been coming back, this is by far the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and has a wonderful spa that we enjoyed greatly. Lawrence, the host, is a great communicator, and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. The apartment is in a great location and is quiet. We also loved Perth! We hope to visit Perth again so that we can stay at the Barclay Apartment.

The facilities available, ease of use, instructions were clear, communication was clear and helpful. I felt very comfortable using the space.
Couldn't find more than one chopping board. I forgot to ask about it however.

From the second you enter through the front door the apartment didn’t disappoint, the high standard of fixtures and fittings were throughout. From the high quality bed linens, super comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen to the incredible bathrooms, they are truly like nothing I have ever experienced even in 5 star hotels. The apartment is tastefully furnished with TVs in both bedrooms along with a great hairdryer.

Great nice and clean apartment near the center of Perth. Stylishly furnished and equipped with all comforts.
The bathroom is of another level, what a luxury.
Landlord is very attentive that everything is to your liking.
I really recommend this location.

The apartment was beautiful and the steam room and rain shower provided some extra luxury! The facilities within the apartment were excellent, everything from shower gel, hand-wash, washing tablets were provided, along with well stocked coffee pods, tea bags etc. Lawrence was in touch prior to, during and after our stay, which was great, although all the instructions provided covered everything. Wifi was great too! Great stay & would return.

The apartment was in excellent condition, in fact it looked as though we were the first people to stay in it! As well as the advertised spa bath we had a surprise when we found the separate shower room (I won't spoil the surprise for other visitors). Having a parking space was also a bonus and the proprietor let us keep the car there another few hours after check out which helped tremendously as we were not leaving until later in the day. Cannot rate it high enough and can't wait to return.
The only drawback was the noise from the street and the bus station, which is directly across the road, but that was not a fault of the apartment and should not put people off staying there.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. All fixtures and fittings were of a high standard and the art work hanging on the walls were fabulous. Exceptional bathroom and spa shower room with plentiful luxury towels and soaps to match.
Parking is next to flat and position of flat is a 3 minute walk into Perth City centre. If not driving, the flat is directly across the road from bus station. Area appears very quiet. Lawrence was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will return

We loved our stay in this 5*, welcoming, well equipped flat. Everything was immaculate and spotless and the bed was really comfy. The shower was amazing. Lawrence kept in contact and checked if we needed anything, which was much appreciated.
I would have preferred a kettle. I’m old school.

We loved everything about the apartment, absolutely top class . Steam room spa wet room even toilet washes and drys you..the comfort of beds, pillows, underfloor heating, just everything.Can actually say it's the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed in, and that's alot ☺️

the apartment itself is immaculately presented with great attention to detail. it also has a very homely cosy feel. fully equipped kitchen, 2 amazing bathrooms, the shower/sauna room especially! comfortable beds, luxurious throws, eletronic blinds, coffee maker, boiling water function on tap instead of faffing with a kettle, this little gem has it all! love the keyless entry too

Very classy apartment with every mod con you could need, very family friendly and in a prime location for shops and visiting nearby attractions! The owner was in touch every morning and evening to check in that we were all OK and had everything we needed, which was very kind!

We liked everything about the apartment! It was modern, fresh with some lovely artwork, and of course the bathrooms were fantastic! Although we didn't meet Lawrence the owner, he texted me most days to check everything was okay and there were no issues. A very friendly thoughtful host who cares about his guests. We would definitely return.

What didnt we like. This property is truly one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It had the MOST amazing Steam Room, shower and jetted tub. We can not begin to say how relaxed and comfortable we were. Our Host Lawrence was awesome. Sorry we didnt get to meet him face to face. The beds were great the kitchen amenities were beyond great.
