Just finished staying at Villa Kitrini for 7 nights with my family of 5 and cousins with a family 4. Of the 9 of us, 5 were teenagers. This property was perfect! One family stayed upstairs and one down. It allowed for privacy when we wanted it but as much social time as we liked. The views are spectacular and the teens loved swimming in the pool overlooking the sea, olive groves and mountains. It's close to everything and is the best stocked VRBO I've ever rented. Jens and his wife were amazing hosts and available to offer advice on all aspects of our stay, before the trip as well as while we were there. Can't say enough good things. It was perfect!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Kitrini for 8 days with a group of 7 friends, and it was an unforgettable experience.
First and foremost, the view from Villa Kitrini is simply breathtaking, even more stunning than the photos on the pictures. Waking up to the 180 degree views of the ocean every morning was spectacular.
The pool was a highlight of the villa, and it got sunlight throughout the entire day. The outdoor grill was also really appreciated.
The location of Villa Kitrini was fantastic. With our rental car, we could easily reach multiple beautiful beaches within just 10 minutes. The charming small town of Perithia was a short 15 minute drive away and is definitely worth a visit.
The villa was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. Pool and shower towels were also provided.
What made our stay truly special was the warm welcome and assistance from the owner, Jens. He was not only kind but also incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Jens gave us invaluable tips on where to go and what to see, enhancing our overall experience. His quick responses to our queries were greatly appreciated. Jens also welcomed us with a lovely basket of local snacks, chocolates, and water, which was a thoughtful gesture and a testament to his hospitality.
In conclusion, Villa Kitrini, with mesmerizing views, great amenities, ideal location, and exceptional hospitality from Jens, made our Corfu holiday unforgettable. Highly recommend! 100% would return.

Beautiful villa Kitrini
We had an amazing family holiday in villa Kitrini. It was everything that we expected and more!
The villa was immaculately clean and very well equipped. Georgina and her husband were very helpful and welcoming.
The swimming pool was well used by us all and the views breath taking!
We hired cars from North Corfu Travel,as recommended by Georgina, the high quality service provided was exceptional and would definitely recommend them.
The villa was close to some lovely beaches and only 10 minutes from Kassioppi with plenty of taverns .
We would definitely return to this beautiful villa and loved Corfu.

Amazing Villa with a stunning location
This villa is just perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. We have just returned from what was an amazing week. From booking to arrival and throughout our stay the owner Georgina and her husband were so helpful. We arrived late at night and asked Georgina to get some essential supplies in which she did with no hassle what so ever. The villa was absolutely spotless and throughout our stay was cleaned twice with fresh sheets and towels.
The villa itself is set in the most amazing location. The views from the balconies and pool are just breathtaking. We saw the best sunsets we have ever seen. The villa is kitted out with everything you need. There wasn’t one thing we needed which wasn’t there. The pool itself was also cleaned regularly and was just perfect. We had 2 children with us who just spent hours in the pool. It wasn’t heated throughout our stay but the temperatures rose to 31. The outside facilities are also fantastic. We made use of the bbq and pizza oven.
I can not rate this villa highly enough. It was the best villa we have ever stayed in. If we were to return to Corfu we would be straight back to this villa. 5 star across the board on everything.

Stunning Views
Our party of ten people stayed at the Villa May 1st - 8th. We all enjoyed every minute and never felt crowed. We had plenty of room upstairs and downstairs. The hosts for the property are the nicest folks you could meet. The views from the deck are stunning from sunrise to sunset. The pool area is a great place to relax with several lounge chairs. A small car to rent is all you need. There is plenty to do and see nearby and on the island. Just a lovely vacation!

Fantastic place, breathtaking views!
Stayed 17th May for 1 week.
Family of 8 adults 2 toddlers and a baby, the villa had everything we could wish for and nothing was too much trouble for the owners Georgina and Edwin
First impressions of the villa when we arrived, beautiful views, very well equipped and furnished; the best villa we have stayed in. The welcome pack was a thoughtful gesture.
The photos don't do it justice!
The pool area was lovely with plenty of space and different areas around the villa for relaxation and spending time with the family.
We all enjoyed a fantastic holiday and wished we had booked for longer.
We will definitely be back in the future.
Thank again

Stunning views, great location and wonderful family holiday
We stayed the last 2 weeks of July 2017. The villa was perfect for us. We spent most of our time on the lower level with the pool, taking in the spectacular views (photos don't do them justice) and making goood use of the pizza oven and BBQ.
As a mixed family group of 7 adults and 2 children the separate levels gave us flexibility for a very sociable holiday but with the option for personal space when needed.
We would recommend Harry's taverna in new Perithia, very friendly and good value for money. Also Nickolas taverna in Agni bay (Greek dancing on a Thursday evening and they pick up/ drop off by boat from Kassiopi). Old Perithia is well worth visiting for an evening meal.
From a practical view point you will need a car to get around - the driveway is a little steep and could be intimidating for less confident drivers (we had 2 cars and found it best to reverse down, but you can also park on the road above). The kitchen on the lower floor is a little small so you will need to use the other kitchen for storage if you are doing a lot of cooking but the terrace is a wonderful to sit out and eat together as a family and enjoy one or two homemade sundowners (we left a couple of pots of mint for any mohito fans out there).
Telis, who manages the property is very helpful, friendly and regularly checked in to ensure everything was Ok. The villa and pool were regularly cleaned and it had everything we needed.
This was our first time in Corfu and we loved its greenery (the north west of the island near Peleokastrita is almost like Tuscany), its beautiful coves and crystal clear waters (recommend hiring a boat and and visiting Agios Stefanos, Agni, Kalami and Nasaki - the last two have water sports as well). Agios Sypiridon is the closest beach to the villa a lovely sandy beach with shallow warm water for younger children.

Happy Family Memories!
The description, pictures and reviews of the villa and surrounding area went some way to prepare us for our stay but the reality was over and above all our expectations. It was the perfect family holiday. 18 month old Jarvis (nicknamed 'the politician') loved to watch and instruct (?)Richard on pool maintenance! He and his two young cousins spent many happy hours in that beautiful pool. Beth, six months pregnant, found the perfect hypnobirthing visualisation when relaxing in the hammock....the peace and tranquility affected us all. James sourced everything he needed in local supermarkets to prepare, in the well equipped kitchen, the Greek food he adores. Granny and grandad were in charge of making pizzas and cooking them in the pizza oven. Every meal was an occasion, with the setting sun as a backdrop. We all agreed, we had been very lucky to find such a perfect place to stay. We hope one day to return. There are still many places in the area we would like to explore.
Thank you Richard and Georgina for all your kindness and for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful Villa
We stayed here for a week at the end of May 2017. We had a fantastic time. The villa is beautiful and very well equipped and to a very high standard. Upstairs you will find a master double ensuite with fabulous views. There is also a twin room, separate bathroom, lounge area and a kitchen. The upstairs has its own separate entrance to the downstairs area. Downstairs you will find a double ensuite, children's room with bunk beds and a further double room. There is a beutiful bathroom with a waterfall shower and free standing bath. The lounge area is large with dining table and a small kitchen. Outside the views are just breathtaking! The pool is perfect and plenty of sun beds. You will definitely need a car with this villa. It's about 5 - 10 minute drive to Kassioppi. Make sure to visit the post office in the village for a lovely glass of wine, plus Harry's is lovely for a meal. Thanks Dickie & Georgina for a lovely stay!

Stunning, family holiday villa with incredible views!
We love this place! 9 of us stayed for a week, extended family of grandparents, aunts, uncles & kids. The villa was perfect for us and we'll be dreaming of that view for weeks to come! The living space, the pool, those incredible skies... all make this an idyllic place to stay- thank you for a holiday to remember 🌅

Fantastic villa for two families with brilliant view
We had a wonderful week at the end of the season. We had some good weather and a bit of rain and cloud but that was to be expected at the end of October. We were two families and the split accommodation worked really well. All ten of us were able to eat together on the ground floor. The kids loved the pool. And the villa was really well appointed. It's a 12-15 minute drive to Kassiopi but we liked being out of the town and getting the view. There's a supermarket 3-4 minutes away in Perithia and a great family restaurant, Harry's Bar. The owner was incredibly helpful with additional information and there's a very good pack that gives you lots of local tips and recommendations. On two days we hired ribs and were able to visit some of the more private beaches in the area, as well as going to Corfu Town by boat (much quicker than driving).
We also had the most amazing meal in Old Perithia at Foros, owned by Tomas. A 15-20 minute drive to the almost abandoned town, which is fun to walk around.
The villa was clean and tidy. Well appointed. We met the local caretaker, Tellis, who was a great character, spoke very good english and was helpful is suggesting things to do.

Stunning family villa with large pool with outstanding view
We stayed for just one week in this fantastic property in rural Loutses just outside the harbour town of Kassiopi. We are a family of 6 and have been using villas as a holiday option for many years now and I can say that this villa stands out as my favourite.
As the villa is situated over two floors, as two self contained properties, myself and my husband took the upstairs while our grown up children took the downstairs. Each space has its own kitchen, dining and living areas with ample bathrooms which have good showers. The interior decor is fresh, modern and bright and I've never seen such well equipped kitchens. Outside there is plenty of space around the pool with ample sun loungers and parasols and the dining table is large with plenty of seats. The garden areas are colourfully planted and the surrounding area is very peaceful. As the villa occupies an elevated position the views across the sea to the Albanian mountains is breathtaking and you will never tire of looking at it.
Our favourite place to eat was the local taverna, Harry's which is at the beginning of the road leading up to the villa. We had the best meals of our holiday here and at half the price of anywhere else. We also enjoyed eating at Lavinda in Kassiopi and Cafe Kima for the views across Kassiopi harbour and beyond. We spent our week taking in the local beaches which are all worth visiting with our longest drive being to Paleokastritsa on the west coast of the island where I would recommend the beach bar Arkon for its cool atmosphere and comfort.
This was our 4th trip to Corfu and I would definitely re-book this villa for a family stay hopefully in the not too distant future
