We enjoyed our stay immensely the moment I walked in I fell in love with the place. There wasn't a thing more we needed they supply everything. Definitely would recommend.

We have stayed at several properties in the area over the years but this one topped them all. The house was more than large enough for the 10 of us, the pool was perfect for our size and the beach was only a 3 minute walk away! We loved having the bathroom out by the pool so our kids didn't make a mess in the house, tracking in sand and dripping water, just to use the bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with the basics so we didn't have to buy things like salt, oil and most spices (other houses we have rented didn't have any of these basics) and the starter pack of coffee was a great to have until we could run to the store. The location is perfect for Sea Pines as it is close to both the Salty Dog (for meals and ice cream) and to Harbortown, for everything that has to offer. The golf courses were very close as well so we could reach everything we wanted to within a short bike ride. Beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the kids were included. Lori was a great host, she answered our questions quickly and completely and offered so many great suggestions - you can tell she cares about your stay and enjoys hosting folks at her house - I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future!

We traveled with a group of 8 for a golf trip. Everything was smooth and the host communicates well. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom. Lots of space for hanging out and cooking. Perfect location to golf courses and Harbour Towne square. Pool was awesome, definitely heat it for April stay. Beach was so close and peaceful with lots of friendly dogs! We didn’t want to leave. Fantastic stay!

Our stay was fantastic. The house and pool are very clean. The beach is super accessible. We had travel issues within our group and Lori was able to extend our stay by a day without any trouble. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Every year 9 ladies who have been friends for over 50 years rent a home for a gathering. We have done this more than 20 times in different locations across the country. We all agreed that this home is the best we have ever rented. It was clean, comfortable and conducive to a gathering of 9 friends with a dining room table and living room seating to comfortably accommodate all of us.

Our stay at 15 Black Skimmer, was a delight from start to finish. Located just steps away from the beach, this 3rd row beach house exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the prompt communication with the owner, who provided exemplary customer service throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and responsiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful vacation experience. One of the highlights of our stay was pool volleyball, which quickly became a favorite activity for our entire family. The well-maintained pool area provided endless hours of entertainment and relaxation! The proximity to the beach was another major plus. Being just a stone's throw away from the shore meant that we could easily enjoy leisurely strolls or fun-filled beach days whenever the mood struck. Inside the house, we found everything we needed for comfortable family living. The well-equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying family dinners together. The cleanliness of the house was top-notch, ensuring an inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at 15 Black Skimmer was nothing short of exceptional.

This is our 4th year to stay in this house for family vacation. We would not stay anywhere else while on Hilton Head. Book it, you will not be disappointed!

My family assembled hear from all over the country for a weeklong stay in this magnificent property. It is by far one of the most well equipped and stocked vacation homes I’ve ever been in. The host was great communicating and making sure we knew how to access the property and making sure that we were happy with everything going on. This home is an amazing place for a family to enjoy a long week in Hilton head/sea Pines. For the cost it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

We stayed at this rental property for our second time and will be back again. The house has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. We love how close we are to the beach (a short 2 minute walk) and the large pool.

We have been staying in Sea Pines for more than 40 years and this homes is a true winner. The owners were so nice to work with and they made the stay so easy. 3 master bed rooms and a pool with in 3 minutes of the beach was just over the top.

The house was perfect. Lots of room. Kitchen has everything you need. So much better than most rental homes. Home owner was very attentive. It was our best Hilton Head stay yet!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was the perfect size to accommodate our whole family. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners at home. You can’t beat the location, we walked to the beach multiple times a day and the community is very nice.

Property was very clean and as described when we arrived for our family vacation. Communicating with our host was also very easy. The walk to the beach was very short and paved nearly the whole way. I would definitely stay here again

This property was perfect for our family! We were looking for something to accommodate ourselves (mom, dad, baby, and dog) as well as both sets of grandparents and siblings. With 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms this worked out perfectly! The fifth bedroom worked well for my sister, and our 18 month old slept in the adjoining "kids room" to our suite. Everything provided was clean and well cared for. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and comfortable outdoor furniture every day and didn't have any problems though Lori was just a text or Alexa massage away. The garage definitely wasn't big enough for our trucks, but we were easily able to fit all 3 in the driveway and use the garage for storage of beach equipment and coolers. Both grandma's already want to start planning a second stay here, so that's a win-win in my book!

Hudson South was the perfect Easter get away for our family. You could tell from the moment we walked in that the owners really care about their guests and want them to have a great experience. Little touches like a starter pack of coffee pods, trial size toiletries in every bathroom, plenty of beach towels and the cutest jar of personalized M&Ms were all thoughtful touches. The house was clean, bright and well appointed. The large kitchen was stocked with plenty of serving wear, pool friendly dishes/cups and I think I even saw a crock pot in there. There are four en suite bedrooms (in addition to two others) which allow for privacy if you want it. Location, location, location! The house is just a very short walk to the beach via a path near the pool. Lori was very communicative. We had a couple questions during our stay and she always responded within minutes. Hudson South is a great house and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

The large heated pool, close proximity to the beach (2 minute walk) and the way the bedrooms were situated worked perfectly for our family. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to go to the beach! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

This house is spectacular! The pool Is large, the rooms are large, you have everything you need at this house and more. It’s steps away from the beach where we saw dolphins every morning! You can ride your bike to the.spurt beach along the trails and ride back all along the beach as you watch the sun go down. You are able to ride up to harbor town and see the lighthouse and on another day we rode to Coligny park-all are available due to the location on this house. We made use of the heated pool )which has very cool party lights) and the amenities such as beach towels, chairs, pool toys, etc. make sure to have your bikes delivered directly to house to make it easy. Owners were fabulous with communication and the entire house was clean and ready for us to start our vacation. We will definitely be back!

Our family vacations on Hilton Head each February and this is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed in this house. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. It has everything you need and is in the perfect location for walking to the beach in minutes. It is great for families, and the owner is very good with communication. You will not be disappointed with this rental?

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas break. The house had plenty of space for 9 of us to relax, eat and play games. It was unusually cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside deck. I appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dog. The path to the beach was right out the back gate. All questions were answered quickly by text. We would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as it was described. Lori was delightful to work with and we had no issues. The house is beautiful with plenty of room and a very short walk to a gorgeous beach. The perfect pre-Christmas getaway.

Wedding weekend in Hilton Head complete with bike rides on the beach, swims in the pool (thanks Lori for suggesting that it should be heated), beignets from Kenny B’s, and drinks at Pool Bar Jim’s. Hudson South provided the perfect retreat ! Great space! Great amenities! Great hosts!

Our family enjoyed our stay, we love Sea Pines/Hilton Head and the house was fantastic, perfect for our family, close to the beach and having the pool gave us the best of both worlds. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we had a great visit.

First off Lori is excellent to work with, great communication, quick responses to any questions and right on top of details. We have stayed at other properties but this exceeded our expectations. Our party ranged in ages from 3 months to 85 years old plus my daughters dog. The home is big enough to allow privacy but cozy enough for evening gatherings. The description is spot on accurate, the pool with the surrounding trees is a great place to relax if you want some shade away from the 2 minute walk to the beach. Sea Pines is a great place for relaxing, dining out, or my favorite, bike riding the miles of trails. Everyone in my group definitely agreed we would come back to house. Thank you Lori and Bill for allowing us to spend a week in your home.

A great place for a large family. Loved all the amenities. Great communication and letting us know thei ns and outs. This was our first to Hilton Head and it definitely ranks to be a favorite.
