The property sits right on the beach. It is a beautiful view from the terrace and the master bedroom. There are sliding doors that lead onto the terrace from the great room. There is, also, a door in the master bedroom that opens to the terrace. The window in the master bedroom almost completely covers the oceanfront wall.
The kitchen is very nice and provides all you will need for cooking including a big K-cup coffeemaker with lots of K-cups, teabags, sugar packets, Equal, honey sticks, etc. There are plenty of zip lock bags, wax paper, aluminum foil, etc, too.
The bathrooms are well stocked also. Plenty of towels.
The sheets are so nice and soft and the mattress in master was perfect for my back.
It is a nice quiet beach area which my husband and I liked very much. Our stay was wonderful.
Joni is so nice and helpful for everything. I know you will like her, too.

This condo is beautiful and clean! It is everything as advertised and more. Although we were there during the tropical storm Debby, we had a great place to ride out the storm. It is also kept very well stocked and you can tell the owners take pride in the home they are sharing!

We had a wonderful stay at dolphin CAY204! What’s surprised us and pleased us the most was the extent of the amenities, reflecting the thoughtfulness of the owners. Beach towels, chairs, toys for little kids, coffee!, Everything you can imagine. Very well appointed place. We hope that the unit is available next time we come to Surfside Beach.

My family of 4 (2 and 4 year kids and my wife) had a great time at Dolphin Cay! The location is perfect, the beds are comfortable, and the place is stocked with everything you need. Having the storage area to store all the beach stuff is a major perk! We have stayed at a number of VRBO places over the last 4 years and this one is at the top of the list for best places we have stayed at.

My husband and 9 yr old daughter stayed here last week and we had a wonderful vacation! The location was perfect, right on the beach, a walk to the pier, and a short drive to all of the things to do in Myrtle Beach and other areas.
Things we loved about the stay were: how quiet and calm the area was, access to the beach, the VIEW, having all the amenities we needed without having to go to the store (this was so helpful!), and how clean everything was.
We would definitely come back here again!!

This condo is so conveniently located, it's just a short walk to dining and and has an amazing view of the ocean from the private balcony. It is very clean and the owners have thought of every amenity! I can think of nothing we lacked! From the insulated cups and coozies for the beach, the ninja blender and the coffee station. The very nice beach chairs and umbrellas were an unexpected treat. Highly recommend!

The condo is just as described. It is stocked with everything most people would possibly need. (Except food of course) We went to the clean, soft sand beach daily and used the chairs, beach towels and sand toys provided. We used the pool one day for a couple hours, and had it to ourselves. 😃 The condo was clean and tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe. Gorgeous sunrises from the balcony and master bedroom!!
Joni, one of the owners, responded quickly to any questions. We had no issues during our stay.
Definitely plan to return.

Spent 5 days here over April break. The property is as listed. Surfside is a great area, first time here. I definitely prefered it over staying in Myrtle Beach, but we were a short drive away to go for a visit. Super relaxing, condo was very well stocked, great proximity to wonderful restaurants (walking distance, via road or beach). We had one small issue after checking in, Joni was super responsive and went over and above to correct the issue. The owners response makes the difference. I would definitely rent again, and recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation.

Our stay at Dolphin Cay was absolutely amazing. My family has been coming to Surfside for 4 years, and Joni’s place was by far the best place we have ever stayed. It was so clean and so welcoming. They have honestly thought of everything and are so generous to provide the “extras” that are rarely offered anywhere else. We felt right at home immediately. Joni responded immediately whenever communication was needed. The view from the porch was stunning and became our favorite place to spend our mornings and evenings. Our little girls loved trying out the skim boards for. The beach closest (which was so nice having there to store our beach things - even though there was plenty there to use!) We can’t speak highly enough for how wonderful this condo was. We will 100% be coming back!

We loved everything about Dolphin Cay 204. Joni has truly thought of and provided everything we needed for a week away from home. From beach towels, to condiments, to plastic bags and wrap--all of the little things that make a place feel like home were right at our fingertips. The condo is beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the ocean from the living room and primary suite. Beach chairs (really good ones!), umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards kept us comfortable on the beach. Joni was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. This was by far our best rental experience anywhere. You will not regret booking this condo!

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Only reason we drove anywhere was to pick up a few breakfast items from the grocery store. If you bring enough with you there is no need to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. Restaurants are less than a half mile walk and are very good. The unit is exactly how it is advertised. Joni is a great host and very responsive answering any questions that arise. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront stay.

Super Clean and Tons of Amenities
This Dolphin Cay condo was absolutely perfect for our family, friends, and kids. Joni has put a ton of thought into everything into this condo and it really shows. Typically when traveling to the beach with my family we have to pack a ton of supplies for the kitchen and beach. This unit is totally stocked from top to bottom; everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even beach supplies which really negates the need to pack a ton when traveling. This unit is ideal for someone who just wants to pack light or is traveling via plane. Everything was super easy to setup with the property owner via email/text message and she was always super responsive. The keyless entry was awesome on all 3 doors so we never had to worry about carrying keys.
The unit itself was super clean which was very important to us, especially since had two toddlers/babies with us, and they spent a lot of time crawling on the floor playing. The location is perfect too, in walking distance to the Surfside Pier area where there are a few restaurants, and also a short distance drive to Murrels Inlet/Myrtle Beach. Our family will for sure be coming back to stay in this unit.

Our stay at Dolphin Cay was perfect. The two bed two bath condo was welcoming and equipped with everything we needed for a glorious stay. Every need was anticipated, along with surprising extras like functioning beach chairs and towels. We have already rebooked for May 2023!

The unit was immaculate and the kitchen had every utensil you would ever need and they were all in great shape and also had really nice wine glasses to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and also provided so many things for the kids down in the storage unit to take to the beach including chairs umbrellas water boards and beach toys. Perfect family vacation accomodations
We absolutely loved our stay at Dolphin Cay 204! The condo was perfect for our family of 8! Joni has thought of everything you may need, from makeup remover wipes in the bathrooms, everything coffee you can imagine, to pack n play and booster seats! It was so nice having all of the beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards already there. The kids enjoyed playing Uno and checkers in the room, and it felt like we had the pool to ourselves most days! And it's amazing how much entertainment a 17month old can get out of a barrel of monkeys! Lol! Also, Joni was great at communicating! No complaints at all for this stay! You won't be disappointed!

Truly a “Happy Place”
The property is clean, stylishly decorated and exceptionally cared for. In addition, the place is stocked with everything you could need and more! The beachfront views and sounds are amazing. Waking up to the picture window in the master bedroom was delightful. The building and location are quiet and quaint. Parking was never an issue. Check-in was smooth. You will not be disappointed staying here.
