Main bedroom bed mattress was a bit lumpy but we slept ok.

the apartment is beautiful with excellent facilities. everything is close by and the hill is not even that steep. absolutely ideal. lovely touches such as milk on arrival etc. would could back in a heartbeat.

the traffic noise in the morning but that is not the fault of the apartment, and we live in the middle of nowhere so it is just a vagary of us.

This property exceeded expectations, it has all the comfort of a luxury hotel but the added benefit that we like of having our own space. Really comfortable beds and a great shower/bathroom. Daniel facilitated an early drop of our luggage and was very helpful with our queries. The property is a short walk from the main hub in a beautiful peaceful part of Bath. Plenty of facilities around including a little Spar up the road for supplies.

it was exceptional like a 5 star hotel, but you have the kitchen facilities. I cooked a roast dinner for four of us Sunday, the kitchen was very well equipped, there was a bottle of cava and a bottle of milk in the fridge courtesy of the owner, faultless

Excellent location! Short walk into bath! Flat was a very high standard! Beautiful views from the property! Would definitely recommend!

No faults with property, only issues is parking ( which the host did inform us of at time of booking, so can’t really complain!) Street parking is extremely difficult. There is a long stay car park near by but was rather expensive and walking with luggage (as there was no where near to unload the car) wasn’t ideal with an elderly relative.

Loved the really comfortable beds, the large windows and fabulous view of the city from lounge, the decor, high ceilings with Georgian features, stylish lounge furniture, bathroom plus the convenient extra separate WC. We made a point of travelling light so the 2 flights of stairs didn't concern us. Daniel was extremely easy to communicate with and helpful in all his messages, and so thoughtful and generous with the welcome drink!

This is a beautiful apartment in a very convenient location for exploring Bath. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped, like a home from home. Daniel provided all the information we needed for check in and check out and replied to my messages straight away. We loved staying in the apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others.

Being on the second floor was a bit of pain to carry cases up and down. However the apartment had a good view.

I loved the location and the views from the windows . it felt spacious and nicely decorated . admittedly it could do with a bit of a freshen up but honestly that’s picking holes ! it has everything you need and we loved our stay

nothing really although getting up the flights of stairs after getting up the hills from the centre of town was a bit of a challenge ! :-) but I’m sure the exercise was good for me ! also to be expected but there is traffic noise in the front bedroom but for me it kind of added to ambience .

Unfortunately, and no fault of the host, parking was a bit too far from the property. Sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, maybe from the bathtub drain.
