The host let us stay more than 1 hr than our checkout time. There is a bear around the corner who roams around the cabin almost all the time.
The property is not clean, the road to get inside the cabin is dangerous and not well maintained. There are not enough amenities also, in terms of kitchen utilities, bathroom necessities. We couldn't turn on the TV either.

The property was secluded and quiet. Plenty of room and a beautiful view.
The driveway isn’t as bad as some reviews made it seem, could be better, but definitely have had worse.

The fact that it was secluded and just a few miles from Gatlinburg. Roads to get to the house were not bad either.
The house had not been cleaned. Spider webs in the bedrooms, dead roaches on the floor, live roaches, and the floors were not cleaned. You could see that someone had spilled something, so the floors were never mopped. Plastic shower curtains had hard water stains all over them. I'm not someone who is picky, but my husband was uncomfortable.

The cabin was clean. the view was awesome. we spent a lot of time on the porch. everything was great, we will be going again, (soon I hope),

Quiet, secluded, had air conditioning
The bed’s are uncomfortable, mold on the shower curtains bathroom could be cleaner, could be cleaner we found dead ants in the fridge and on the floor, driveway could use the pot holes filled in, should have direction for how to work the tv remotes, needs aired out it smelled like mildew bad, the doors didn’t shut very well, could use a fresh coat of paint the walls and door were dirty

The view was very pretty and location was convenient and close to Gatlinburg.
The beds were all very stiff. In the description it said air mattress can be provided upon request, we requested an air mattress and I was told “ if there is one it’ll be in the closet” and there was no air mattress to be found. The description said it slept 10 guests but we had a struggle fitting 9. There are only 3 beds that are like sleeping on rocks, the 2 couches are harder than the beds. I understand it’s a cabin in the woods, but very musty smell lingering throughout the place. And it was august during our stay and the AC was labeled to not turn down below 75. We were baking inside..

Our only complaint about the property was the drive way was a little rough for a car.

Views were beautiful very close to everything. The kids loved running up and down the driveway and hills. Would definitely stay again

we had to clean the entire cabin for a comfortable stay. I know it’s not turn down service but charging a cleaning fee and not having it clean is not ok

The location was perfect! It was very cozy.
Wasn’t a dust pan or cleaners to use except for dish soap. Iron had something melted on it and there wasn’t an iron board.

The cabin was filthy. My husband and I had other family members on their way to stay at the cabin with us. We called and told them to find a hotel. The beds had hair in them and appeared to have been slept in. The bathtub had mold. There were electrical outlets that were uncovered. My husband took many pictures. We only stayed the first night due to the fact in was too late to get another place to stay that night. We had to talk to many people to try and get our many back. We were passed around on the phone for about 12 hours. The owner of the cabin seemed to be very unconcerned and unsympathetic. Do not stay in this cabin.
