Отдельная благодарность персоналу отеля! Все очень внимательные и дружелюбные. Цена за проживание приятная. Обязательно вернемся сюда вновь

Детям старше 5 лет нужно доплачивать за завтрак. Это не проблема, так как стоимость низкая. Пишу об этом здесь, чтобы в будущем при бронировании люди учитывали этот момент.

Pool bar didn’t open until 4pm, sometimes it didn’t open.

Absolutely everything. Not going to lie, we was really struggling to find decent accommodation in Phu Quoc close to the beach with a budget friendly price tag. This hotel seemed to tick every box, and exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast was the best buffet we’d had through Vietnam. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Literally a 30 second walk to the beach. Fantastic restaurants on your door step. Pool bar and view from the rooftop was fantastic. They even made us breakfast to go when we had to catch an early flight.

This is an exceptional hotel - the design is glamorous European (maybe the old French influence) rather than the anticipated Asian tropical The location comes alive at night when restaurants and bars emerge. The staff are lovely, breakfast is excellent, room large and comfortable.

There are no downsides to this property.

The location is fine, if you like city-center

Booked 40sq room, received around 25 sq. Durty with not changed sleepers from previous tenant. Breakfast is too bad to explain it, just impossible to eat. Staff always "forget" requests, like room cleaning, order food, etc.

If a/c is not on, at least have more fan around as the weather is really warm

Staff are all so nice and friendly, really went out of there way to accommodate you.

Air conditioning was pretty weak. Took over an hour to start to cool the room down, also the fridge never got cold.

Room service was difficult to communicate with, order got mixed up, came late and was partially incorrect.

AVS is nicely located and is staffed with a friendly staff. The hotel sits on the tourist strip just outside of the town gate so it’s in the sweet spot between cleanliness and the hustle and bustle of the town itself. There are enough shops in the area to make it interesting, and the shops are not all westernized to the point of banality. We rented scooters at a shop just outside the hotel and putz around a bit. The room was large enough for four and had a great view of the beach. The AC is nice and strong, and the place is clean.

The breakfast is a bit disappointing as there is enough variety, but none of it was tasty, though not horrible. The coffee on the burner was actually cold. The fruit were bland. It amazes me that Vietnamese hotels don’t seem to believe in microwaves. It’s great for reheating hot soups and coffee.

Staff were very friendly, the spa massages were good and the location was excellent. The room was also a decent size and the pool although small, was decent enough for a few lengths and to cool off from the heat. Hotel is just off the main strip with loads of bars and restaurants and 50m to the beach.

Breakfast was not very good. The sausages and salami were almost inedible and the ´fruit´ juice was cheap concentrate. The only thing worth having was fried eggs or an omelette from the chef and/or cereal and fruit. Not the hotel´s fault but the water at the beach nearest the hotel was quite dirty and next to an open pipe or 2. As a swimmer I noticed a foul smell in the water and did not swim there again. No balconies in any rooms.

- the staff doesn t know English and this was indeed an inconvenience - e.g., I wanted to try a scuter before renting it (to make sure I am able to ride it) but the staff could not understand what I was trying to explain. google translate did not help. - although we arranged with the hotel to pick us up from the airport, they simply forgot. they paid pur taxi but still… waiting there, trying to discuss with someone from the hotel (that could not understand English), was kind of annoying after 7 hours of travelling - we noticed that the hotel doesn t have a private beach. so we called the hotel from the beach to ask where we can rent some sunbeds. they told us to wait. we waited for 15min and called again. after 25min still no answer. so we searched along the beach for sunbeds. after 40min they sent us a message to call to the reception of the hotel.. so again, the language barrier was a big inconvenience

Not the hotel fault: I could have checked before - no balcony at all...just a small window to enjoy the view. Swimming pool is very poor looking no overview to the sea or city , no dedicated beach for the hotel. You have to lie down in to sand no sunbeds. I do not say is a bad hitel, cos this would not true. But!! Check around for approx the same money you can buy a bungalow ( literally 50m from ocean) or just a better hotel with balcony, swimming pool with view...

The promptness, enthusiasm and professionalism of all staff was amazing. Especially Joy at reception. The views and access to the beach was good. Also the airport transfer service was convenient and affordable. Overall great value for money. Pleasant stay.
