Betty was a great host and reached out a little prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and matched the description/pictures. We had no problems and were able to enjoy a week at the beach.

This is the second time staying here. Betty the owner is great! Attentive to your needs. Everything was better this time than 3 yrs ago due to maintenance being done on pool and hot tub. The condo had so many extras from dish towels, bath towels, soap, coffee, sugar, pots & pans, and the ice maker was fast producing! Love Perdido and this Condo!!

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Weather was near perfect. Love how this condo is at the near end of a populated beach. So we didn’t feel compacted. We met some great people and are planning to come back same time next year and meet up. The owner contacted us a day after checking in to make sure everything was good. We would recommend staying here.

This was a nice and clean condo. Had everything I needed to cook some meals with. Could have used more wash cloths and hand towels. We didn't have any problems. Betty was quick to respond to any questions.

The condo was excellent and everything we could have hoped for. Easy access to the beautiful beach, indoor and outdoor pools, nearby food options. Check in and out was seemless, and the condo was very clean. We would love to come back again.

This was a great condo for my wife and I. It offered just enough space for the two of us. We enjoyed the spacious balcony while watching the sunsets. The owner was very responsive which we greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to go back to this condo. Thank you!

Clean condo. Plenty of room for 2. Beautiful balcony and view. Beach access was easy. Enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool on a rainy day.

Our stay at this property was easy from booking to checking out. The condo was spotless, condo size perfect for the 2 of us, kitchen was well stocked, bed super comfortable, location great, ocean view tremendous, and the owner was great at making sure our stay was going good. I would highly recommend this condo.

This place is lovely! The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We cooked meals every night and had all the right tools. There is a nice grilling area facing the beach with three charcoal grills and some tables. All the guests were kind and kept telling us it smelled good lol The condo was extremely clean. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach if you want to do that. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Betty is a wonderful host with excellent communication. We will definitely be back. We were there for my son's Air Force graduation. I was a little nervous because my son invited 6 of his friends over to our place for dinner after graduation with dinner prepared by yours truly. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for meal preparation-every utensil, serving pieces, blender, and large sink. There was plenty of space for everyone to eat and enjoy themselves. There was only one small problem with the door code and Betty took care of it immediately. Very comfortable bed.

We had such a great time and loved the condo! The bed is amazing, there never seems to be a firm mattress anywhere we stay but this one was perfect. The view was gorgeous and the staff very friendly

We truly enjoyed staying at Betty's condo. Right when you walk in the condo, all you see is the amazing ocean views. The location was prefect. Pizza, ice cream / coffee shop and the Jellyfish is just right across the street. Publix is about 5-10 mins down the road. We loved staying at Betty's condo.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable with great views. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Beach was great for walks in the morning. Couldn't have had a better stay. We will definitely be coming back and telling others.

My husband and I spent two weeks at this property. It was perfectly located on the beach and had all the amenities we could ask for. Betty was a wonderful host answering our inquiries very promptly. The entire area is great providing outstanding restaurants, bike trails, and sightseeing opportunities. I highly recommend.

The location of this condo was ideal. The beach was a few steps away and the view from our balcony was perfect. The condo is so neat and clean and is convenient to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had and just wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

This was an amazing stay. The condo was so clean and everything was readily available. We stayed over thanksgiving and cooked all but 1 meal in the room and had everything we needed! Betty is an outstanding host and we look forward to booking with her again!

Our weather outside wasn’t the best, but our condo inside was super! Place was immaculately clean, looked better than the pics, and had everything we needed. Especially loved the fact she had Amazon prime already available! Betty was very responsive, and we will be back!

My mom wanted to see the Blue Angels homecoming for her 75th b’day. Typically we rent a beachfront home on Ft Morgan (dog friendly) for the month but this year my dad stayed home and watched the dogs. I booked this condo @ Perdido for convenience, expecting an “average” stay. We were blown away by the organization, cleanliness and impeccable service by the owner. Not a detail was missing. Betty was by far the best lessor we have had in 20+ years. The bed was superb, shower beautiful, as was the decor. Most importantly it’s the 1st rental I didn’t have to go in & start cleaning and organizing.
Betty was quick to respond and went beyond for a hiccup that had nothing to do with her or the unit. The view was beautiful and access to get on/off the beach was easy. We are looking forward to staying with her again.
