We can’t wait to go back!

The apartment was spacious and cozy and right in the middle of downtown manitou where you can sit on the balcony and watch all the activity shops were cute and the restuarants were awesome with good food amd friendly service

We spent two nights in the apartment. It was clean and quiet and perfect for our needs. The comments on the stairs are fair… They're a little steep, but we had no problems really. And I thought the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

First time to Manitou Springs and we will definitely book at this location again! Jeff and Molly were wonderful, the place was clean, well equipped with some of the staple items, and has an awesome shared balcony that we enjoyed each morning and evening! Great location—walked to shops and restaurants and close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. If you are looking to stay in Manitou look no further—book this location today!

The property is in the best possible location for Manitou Springs. As a warning, there are some steep stairs to get to the apartment and a very steep driveway for parking and access to get to the main street. Other than that, the apartment is exactly as advertised and Jeff and Mindy are great!

Loved everything about this location and place. I would just fix the water pressure in shower and the parking situation.

This is an older property that has been very well spruced up. Overall our experience was very nice. The stairs to the third floor are very narrow to step on but over all not bad. The views from the very comfortable shared balcony are Steller. With all that said as with older buildings the floors creek and water pressure is very low at times. All in all is was a very nice place to stay..

My friends and I enjoyed every minute at the property and it was a bonus that it sits just above Main Street! It was clean, the property owner was very responsive, and the checkin and checkout process were very easy! We are planning on staying again sometime next year!

Location is in the heart of downtown, right around the corner from the incline and the railway for Pikes Peak, and just a short drive to the parking lot for Seven Falls. We've stayed at a few vrbo's and we all agreed this one was the best we've been at. Property was very clean, and property managers had the apartment stocks in the bathroom and a few things in the kitchen. Easy to get in contact with, and super helpful all around! 10/10 :)

Perfect

Apartment was perfect for our family reunion. Beautiful view from the balcony and centrally located. I would just give a "heads up" that the parking is a bit tricky and the stairs a bit crazy. Nothing we couldn't manage, though and our stay was great!

We love this property, right on main street with so many great things within walking distance.

This was a great apartment in the heart of downtown Manitou Springs. I didn't hear any excess noise & enjoyed being able to walk to the many stores & restaurants. We were also very close to Pikes Peak. The apartment was well kept & we enjoyed our stay.

Great view of town and nice clean place to stay!

This is a nice quant place to stay. We really enjoyed how close we were to everything. Very clean, welcoming and the balcony was a nice retreat in the evenings to enjoy a cocktail and people watch, coffee in the morning was also nice. The only thing that wasn’t Fantasic was the bed, it was the worst mattress ever. My back is currently out of whack, and it’s very hard for me to get around. I spent the entire second night on the sofa. Sort of bummed to come all the way from Texas to hike and wasn’t able to. But We made the best of it. I let the owner know about the bed. So don’t let that deter you, I’m sure it’s an easy fix. The place was great!!

Wonderful location and great place to stay. The living room couch was extremely comfortable, fun place to hang out & chat. The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be updated as they were a bit "used." We loved the balcony overlooking the main street. It is a shared space, but we were the only ones using it. Although the apartment is a little dated, we thoroughly enjoyed it & would highly recommend it (especially if the mattresses were new).

Positive experience however, it was unsettling arriving in Manitu without receiving check in details in advance. Jeff was very accommodating and nice and all was great after we were settled.

There was an internet connection issue when we arrived but Jeff jumped through some hoops right away and got it corrected. Loved the property (unit 3A) and the location was second to none! Great stay and we will for sure be back again.

Location is right in the heart of it all! We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and the train station to Pikes Peak. Also enjoyed evenings sitting on the balcony!

My family of four stayed at this property. We arrived to a very bright and clean apartment. It is very nicely decorated. Between the bedrooms, living area and deck there was plenty of space for us to relax. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans and utensils. We loved the views and brightness the windows provided. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck, very nice. The bathroom was very clean with nice towels. I highly recommend this property.

Stairs steep and dangerous, poor parking, bed was horrible!!! Water pressure was horrible, gave us three wash cloths for two people for a week stay, owner did have his cleaning lady bring a couple more . Location was a plus! Will I book again!? Probably not

Loved the location and the space, especially since it is an older building and thus has personality. Owners were very helpful and responsive. One thing to consider - the front patio is shared (as is noted), and it is a small space. During our visit, the neighbors smoked nonstop (we are non-smokers) while on the patio (which they every time we were in the unit), so it didn't feel comfortable to use it which is why we gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

This was our first time visiting Manitou Springs and found this to be the perfect location. We have 5 adults In my family and were able to make the sleeping arrangements work between the master, twin beds and living room sectional. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment during the day because we were out hiking and exploring, but we loved coming back and relaxing on the third-story balcony overlooking the bustling street below. The balcony was also a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. Mindy and Jeff were great hosts before, during, and after our stay. They were thorough and timely with instructions and very prompt to reply to questions and requests. We definitely recommend this rental for couples or families. A few other things we recommend : 1. Mona Lisa Fondue is amazing! 2. The Manitou incline steps (2,768 in total) is only a mile from the apartment, so we did the full round trip of 7.5 miles. 3. Make a visit to Old Town Colorado and grab dinner at Front Range Barbecue. Delicious!

Great stay! Apt was well stocked! Enjoyed being in the downtown areas.

We really enjoyed this property. It was right in the middle of town with an amazing balcony/porch overlooking the Main Street. Enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing so much, we canceled our sightseeing the second day and just stayed in town.

The apartment was very clean and well kept. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy and the owners were excellent about responding to messages quickly. The location is amazing!!! The apartment is in the middle of Manitou Springs and you can walk to anywhere downtown within minutes. It is also 1 mile from the Manitou Incline and Barr Trail which is incredible since parking at these trails and the Cog Railway is very limited. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway.
