Easy check in and out and we felt very well taken care of

The house was comfortable and relaxing. Just what we were looking for

We traveled to Lake Conroe for a Thanksgiving family reunion. The double oven was a huge help as was the very well stocked kitchen. The beds, pillows and linens are very comfortable. Our son brought his dog so the fenced yard was a plus. We didn’t spend anytime in the community but it looked like a nice gated community with 24 hr security.

We had three couples and two children. I would have like to know that it was two stories, but thankful one of the littles did good with stairs. We had to watch the crawling one because there was mor any thing at top of stairs. The rooms were very spacious and lots of bathrooms. Overall a great place!!!!

We stayed as 2 families and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all well furnished. For others to know The location is deep inside a gated club community so keep extra time for to get in and out.. and there is long security guard queue.

Amazing and beautiful house, everything was so organized and clean. No complaints and definitely considering rebooking soon.

Yvette is a super star!! She was on point from booking to after check out and beyond! I cannot express how comforting it was to rent from her. Easy peasy. The home was cozy and well-equipped. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms meant no one had to share. Hahaha... The neighborhood was quiet. The master bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever! Location was great. Loved it all and big thanks Yvette!

Yevette was a great host. Helped us when needed. Her place was perfect for what we needed. We were in Conroe for family reunion. And needed a place to sleep.

When we arrived we were very surprised with how large the property actually was, and the lake was a 3 minute walk away. The home was clean and communication was always within minutes. We had a group of 10 and everyone fit perfectly even with extra space, she provides air mattresses and cots so i’m sure even more could fit. would stay again !

The house was set up great to accommodate what our family needed. Having the 3rd full bathroom was definitely a plus. The owner was very quick to communicate and very helpful.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! We were in the area for my niece's wedding in Montgomery and stayed from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. Total number of occupants was four adults, two kids, and two dogs and we had plenty of room! Since the property is in a gated community, it was comforting to know that we had to turn in names of drivers accessing the property, and that gave us peace of mind when we weren't at the house. The owners left us a bottle of wine to enjoy with our stay and everything was super clean. The property is not the classiest or modern, but we live in a small town in the country and aren't used to the fanciest of décor, so the aesthetic didn't bother us one bit! If I am being super picky, we only had two minor complaints: 1. We are not used to a "Smart House" so the light dimmer switches and the TV access was a little difficult to navigate. 2. When we did have questions, the response time from the owners was a bit longer than expected, but Aggie Muster was that weekend, and the owners apologized for the delay, as they were volunteering with those festivities. Overall it was a great stay and if we ever need a property near Lake Conroe again, we would definitely stay a second time.

House was not cleaned to standard. Through it all host was very friendly and showed much concern about the condition of home! Overall the house is extremely nice and well located!

Perfect for our wedding getaway with colleagues, enoughvroom not smother each and still get to eat and play games as a group.

This house was clean and comfy in a friendly neighborhood. We were there for a wedding, 6 adults and 2 kids. A neighbor told us about a nice playground nearby for the kids.

The property was exactly what we needed to fit our needs.

We had an excellent time during our stay. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. The property manager was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The cameras that some people may have a problem with were NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER!!! We never felt like we were being "watched" or "monitored" in any way! The property was very clean and cozy. We also loved the balcony, it was very relaxing!! We would definitely like to stay there again!!

We loved staying here! CUUUUUTE little place with a lot more space than what appears from the outside. We were so comfortable and had plenty of room for 7 guests and our fur babies. Big comfy couch and an awesome patio to hang out on.

We had a great time! The location was perfect for Ren Fest and we had plenty of room for 3 couples and 1 single. The host was very hospitable and easy to communicate with.

The property was very nice and clean. The only issues we had corrected by the prompt response from the owner. Still couldn’t figure out the bedroom light. It was either out or user error.

I very much dislike writing negative reviews but staying here put a damper on our whole trip for several reasons. First, there were lots of cameras. To be fair, they were disclosed and the host said she turns them to “privacy mode” but how do I know? Every time I went upstairs to the kitchen or living room or came in the front door I felt like I was being watched. And there were tons of smart devices around with listening capabilities that glowed different colors at different times. I just felt spied on and listened to the whole time. It was hard to relax. There were a few cleanliness issues like the fridge and the master bath. The towels were severely lacking. I’d describe them as the ones I’d use to wash my dog with and there were no wash cloths to be found at all. The condo was obviously a second home for the owners and didn’t have that “comfortable for guests” feel. There were personal belongings everywhere including clothes, shoes, pictures, and food. It made us feel like we were intruding in someone else’s space while paying to do so. One of the bigger issues was the host’s response to an accident that we had during our stay. I put in a load of laundry and started the machine. A few minutes later there was a loud noise. The vibration from the washer had knocked a full container of laundry detergent onto the carpet that spilled everywhere. I immediately contacted the host to let her know and tried calling several carpet cleaners to come out and fix it but it was a holiday and nobody answered. The host suggested that I go to the store and rent a machine to clean it! Keep in mind that I’d paid for the mandatory insurance that she required and it was not my fault. I had one full day there that I planned to spend with family I hadn’t seen in years! It just ruined our whole stay and wasn’t a positive experience. I won’t be staying here again.

This home is a great find. Fully stocked with all needs, beds are super comfortable, lots of space and minutes from the lake. The host is extremely helpful and hospitable. Highly recommend.

We stayed here with our family and it was just what we needed! The owner was great to work with!!
