We enjoyed our visit. However the pool area downstairs we had to clean. House was nice. Wish the neighborhood had bike trails. The golf cart to the beach was a must the walk was definitely hard especially in the heat.

The house is a gem, and as a frequent HHI visitor, our group of Tennis Players loved the long weekend staying here. Chaplin Community Park had practice courts with lights - A bonus. The property manager was attentive and accommodated all our needs. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our family came here for mothers day weekend. The house was incredible. Plenty space for everyone. The location is about a 12-15 minute walk from the beach. Not one complaint at all. We are already looking to book the same spot for New Years!!

The tallest bunk bed was hard to get down and kept on getting the kids hurt. The sheets weren’t completely clean and had a stain on it. The bed ladder was hard getting off of. The pool was dirty. The floors was disgusting and needs to be done over. Water pressure could be higher, even to save water. Water in the sink was hotter than the shower. The dryer you have to hit it get it to work. I personally feel like this house was a catfish, it doesn’t look like the pictures. Only one eye works on the stove, and the oven cooks super slow. It was so cold downstairs and we couldn’t find a temperature gauge anywhere. The house was ok, I think we should receive some type of money back. This was a bad experience

We had great fall weekend at this property. The great room was large and comfortable for our family. The neighborhood was quiet . The house was great especially every bedroom had its own bath. We do plan to rent again

We stayed here for a girls getaway. The property was spacious and the location was perfect. Manager was responsive for a few small issues we had. Beautiful home with plenty of space for us all!

It was nice. Property had some items that needed to be fixed or updated before someone else stays like the kitchen faucets, shower in one of the double rooms constantly drips and the bunk bedroom the tub does not drain good. Over all it was great and we enjoyed ourselves just wanted to let you all know about those items before someone else stays

Our annual meetup is usually in the winter but luck brought us to Hilton head this summer! Four adults and five children. The home is spacious, clean, with design appealing to families and adult couples alike. Furniture is so comfortable, private bathrooms for everyone, ample kitchen and dining space. The pool was refreshing and beach access is a short walk or free community golf cart ride away! We will check availability here FIRST for our next beach trip.

The stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and plentiful and, other than some minor mechanical/plumbing needs, no trouble was had. The group consisted of six men, friends for over 50 years, celebrating their 70th birthdays this year.

We had an amazing girls weekend at this property and singleton beach! The walk to the beach is a little far but not terrible. The house is gorgeous. The pool area is nicely done!

Gorgeous property! The location was perfect and our group of 11 (ages 5-adult) had plenty of room. It has become increasingly difficult to find a property that is actually CLEAN!!! And this one was! We had an issue with one of the showers but made contact easily with the property manager and they resolved it quickly. The kids loved the splash pool....we had a great time!

A group of friends rented this house & it worked out so well. Short walk or bike ride to a fantastic beach (or could use golf cart shuttle). House looks like pics. Few minor issues (dryer is very slow, etc) & REALLY could use a 2nd fridge in garage and garage door keypad. We all really loved the house and beach.

Slice of Heaven…
This property is beautiful and in the perfect location! The shuttle for the beach parks right across from the house and is easy to use. The shuttle usually arrived within minutes of calling. The house has everything you could need and more. Plenty of space, towels and linens! The kitchen was fully equipped with anything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy for those who didn’t want to wait for the shuttle. We hope to return in the future to 26 Corine Lane!

Great place to gather!
We rented this house for family and friends to stay for our Sons wedding in Savannah. We were very pleased with the size of the rooms, and the fact that each bedroom had Its own bathroom was very convenient! I was even able to bake and decorate my sons Wedding cake in the nice spacious kitchen!
The location to bike trails and the beach is perfect!
If we ever visit HIlton Head again and have a need for housing to sleep this many people, I will definitely stay here again.

Our group had a great time at the house. Just as described. There are no cleaning supplies provided (counter spray, paper towels, etc), so be sure to bring your own.

Wonderful Stay
This house was absolutely perfect for our family trip! Although we did experience a problem on our first night/morning, the property manager immediately came and it was fixed by the time we returned that evening. We would definitely recommend this home!

We loved singleton beach. The transportation to and from the beach was perfect. The property manager was very good about out requests.

Premium booking fee, lackluster results
This house is in a great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. It’s longer to the beach than the ad says and there is no parking at the beach so you must walk the 3/4 mile there and back.
There were no check in or check out instructions. Only the door code and WiFi password were sent a few days before arrival. We had to look at the router to see what the name of the router was in order to log in correctly.
There’s no satellite or cable TV service so you have to use whatever streaming providers you have for TV or movies. With the NBA playoffs going on, not having a source to watch it was disappointing.
Two shower handles fell off in the shower, a bulb in a bathroom acted like a strobe light so it could not be used, the water pressure in the house is very low, smoke alarm missing from upstairs master, light trim missing from can lights, pillows with feathers shedding everywhere and the patio area by the pool is dirty. since there were no check in, stay or check out instructions, the previous guest left trash in the garage. the house smelled on arrival. We put the trash outside of the house so the house would air out. We had to buy a broom to sweep the floors in the house and patio area.
The owner really needs to get with the property manager and walk the house to make a punch list of minor repairs. The owner needs to provide some better amenities to help justify the rates for the stay. The pool is not in the sun so it is cold. I would recommend getting it heated.
Hilton head area, the beach, shops and parks are beautiful. We will be back to the area but will stay in a different location.
PS.. at the time of this review, I have not heard from the property owner via VRBO messenger about the check out procedures abd that was 24 hours ago.

Nice place
It was very comfortable and peaceful. Bikes were delivered and picked up. The only issue I had was I had to clean and wash the patio cushion covers to use them & dust off the patio furniture. I would have thought the cleaning team would have done this prior to our stay. It was a close walk to the beach. Overall great stay and will book again.

Thank you for accommodating my family & friends on our “fellas trip” it was just the reset we needed to get away from the daily hustle & bustle...
Even when we had a slight concern, there was an immediate response/ visit to the property. We even gained insight on where to eat.

Great house for large group trip!
We had a group of six friends stay at this house for a long weekend and it was perfect! Each of us had our own bed with room to spare. For a group of friends, it was perfect for us since we mainly wanted space to catch up, order in food, and play card games. It was very clean and the property managers were very quick to come with bug spray when I called to advised that there were a good amount of mosquitos due to recent rain. The neighborhood was quite and an easy walk to the beach. We mainly ate out or ordered in food, but if you were planning on cooking, you would need to buy most of your supplies. For us, it was the perfect space to hangout and it was very updated and clean. Thank you!

What we needed
Overall my family and I really enjoyed this place and it is in a great location with a pretty short walk to the beach. The only negative experiences were the lack of water pressure/hot water and the fact that the pool never got warm despite paying for heating. Mind you, both of these are first world problems and didn't sully our experience.

Wonderful stay at HHI
Had a great time in this beautiful home. The heated pool was an awesome treat for the kids (and parents too). We loved being able to swim in December while watching a movie at the same time. The beach was pristine and was an easy half mile walk away. Property manager on site was very responsive and answered all questions we had. Will definitely be back again.

Nice Stay
This house has a great layout for large groups (en suite bathrooms, large open living/kitchen/dining, etc.). Agree with the previous reviews that cleanliness was a bit of an issue, as were the bare bones amenities (single ply toilet paper, no salt/pepper, etc.). Some of that is due to COVID restrictions, some not. Two things to be aware of before booking -- the walk to the water is about 3/4 of a mile (we were guests after labor day, so no shuttle) and there are no refunds for cancellations (something to consider given COVID and the unknowns of travel restrictions).
