Beautiful 4 bedroom home with spectacular ocean views
Der nächste Ausflug Ihrer Familie, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand in Las Conchas entfernt! Dieses schöne 2-stöckige Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern wurde kürzlich renoviert. Genießen Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Wohn- / Esszimmer und der Küche im zweiten Stock oder den gemütlichen Bereichen im Erdgeschoss, die sich perfekt zum Lesen eignen. Genießen Sie eine Margarita auf dem Dach oder grillen Sie im Hinterhof oder auf der Terrasse im 2. Stock. Eine tolle Decke aus Boveda heißt Sie willkommen und durch die unglaubliche Kachelarbeit fühlt es sich wie zu Hause an. Die Küche ist perfekt für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten für eine große Gruppe, bringen Sie einfach Essen mit! Der untere Bereich verfügt über ein eigenes Wohnzimmer, das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, ein Gästezimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten und ein Lesezimmer mit einem Futon, in dem 2 weitere Kinder schlafen können. Das erste Gästezimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Der zweite hat ein französisches Bett.

This is a great property to take your family on vacation. Has everything you will need and the location is awesome. Host is great answered every question I had and was very attentive!!!

The outdoor areas were great but furniture and tables were falling apart. Cigarette butts on the ground along with lots of dirt and sand.
The water pressure in all the bathrooms is pretty bad. Every 30 seconds or so you would have duck out because it got freezing for a couple seconds. I do understand that the water pressure is hard to fix because all the homes have the same problem.

We had a fantastic stay - we appreciated the many bedrooms and living spaces. The kitchen had everything we need to cook meals. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, especially the rooftop. We loved watching the sunrise, and how close we were to everything in Puerto Penasco.

The house was large enough for our group. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was lovely. We appreciated how close the beach was. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was so low that we couldn't wash our hair and the water temperature was lukewarm at best. The outdoor shower did not work. The outdoor sink on the terrace was disconnected to the plumbing. The kitchen was not well-stocked, which made it difficult to cook.

This home was the perfect location for our group with multiple spaces to gather with others. It comes equipped with all our kitchen needs, beach towels, a water cooler and lots of comfy sheets and blankets. The owner was very accessible before and during our stay. The home is also very close to a entry point to the beach, just a 5 min walk!

The house was beautiful, very clean, and only 800 feet from the beach! Plenty a room for the family and communication with the owner was top-notch! Will definitely use this listing again in the future!

My family had a wonderful stay at Caterina’s home in Las Conchas. The home was incredibly clean and well decorated. All the essentials were available to make our stay enjoyable. We have 5 kids, ages from 8 to 14, and they all had a great time, loved all the spaces to relax in the home and the easy walk to the beach. The beach was wonderful, felt like a private beach just for us, not crowded at all. Check in and check out extremely easy. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone thinking to stay in Las Conchas.

This house is in a quiet community. There is room enough for 8-10 people comfortably. The house has everything you need - pots/pans, fresh water, a top deck to sunbathe, comfortable beds, good WIFI, and even a ping pong table! During our stay, one of the a/c units went out at night. The owner had a maintenance team out the next day and were able to quickly get the a/c unit up and running. Maintenance issues will arise from time to time - with this home, you can be rest assured that the owners will respond to text/phone/email quickly and quickly address any issues/questions you have.
While we don't travel to Rocky Point that often, we are glad we picked this home and recommend that you do so as well!

We had a wonderful time, this house is very comfortable, very homey, it has a great backyard and everything you need is at hand. My family enjoyed our stay will go back anytime.

This home was absolutely wonderful! It was a quick walk to the beach! The home was perfect for lounging inside, cooking meals, and the roof top was awesome! Highly recommend! Also, super quick to get into town! So many places in the house to hang out at!

The property was great! Nice spot for a relaxing getaway. If the air conditioner weren’t so loud we’d have given this spot a raving review. It’s clean and the location is beautiful! They even had NFL ticket on the TV so we could watch our game! Overall a great spot that’s well managed.

It says 4 bedrooms, but it is really 5. The reading nook with the futon has a door to the room so total privacy and was on the smaller side but totally great for an adult couple. The kitchen is upstairs with 2 bedrooms, living room and patio. Downstairs is the level and had another living room and the 3 bedrooms and backyard.
The AC is super cold and amazing. All the beds are really comfortable and there are plenty of extra towels and sheets/bedding.
You can hear the waves from the beach on the patio which is lovely.
Kitchen is awesome, tons of extra dishes and silverware.
The rooftop patio is the best!!! We watched the stars and even when it's warm out-- there is always a nice breeze up there.
Walking to the Beach is great, literally a private beach, even over labor day weekend. We brought one of those off road wagons which was definitely necessary but made it super easy. You can drive closer to the beach, but it is just as quick to just walk rather than load and unload the car.
Pro-tip, there is a SIX convenient store 5min from the house at the bottom of an unfinished condo thing and it has almost everything you need (beer, wine, ice, snacks, beef Jerry, sunglasses ect).

We had a great time while staying at this property! It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kids loved the Pac Man game (and so did the adults!). A perfect home for families to enjoy! We love that it was so close to town yet private at the same time. We will definitely return!
