Above and beyond expectations! literally on the beach in the center of Simpson bay beach. We walked everywhere. A car is not needed. We easily took the bus or taxi to other beaches. Accommodations were comfortable and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Sylvia was quick to answer our questions and help whenever we called. Best Caribbean VRBO we have had

This beach home is way more than we expected from the photos. I mean the photos are incredible but the place... outstanding! It is way more than advertised. They've thought of just about every detail in this place: many comfortable zones to relax in, clean and very comfortable beds and bedding, Japanese toilets, huge TVs in each room, Sonos sound system in and out, every high end appliance you could want, foot shower as you step up from the beach and full outdoor shower, all the beach toys and the list goes on but my favorite thing was the massive spa shower. I spent hours in there! The home is perfectly located in Simpson Bay where you have a nice mix of total relaxation or a fun beach vibe, depending on how you feel. The boutique beach bar hotel next door is key and sometimes you can even get service right on the deck! Bottom line is that this place is the best all around beach home I've ever seen. Our concierge was an absolute delight and had a beautiful gift basket for us with wine, treats and lots of little extras. She gave us great advice and what to do and where. We loved having our own concierge! They couldn't have been nicer or easier to communicate with. They really just catered to our every need. I would never write such a long review but the beach property deserves it and I'm probably forgetting so much. I'm happy I found this place when I did, and we will 100% be back to stay at this amazing home!

Probably the best short term rental we’ve ever had. Great location, great view and great host. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Loved this property! Right on the beach. HUGE patio deck with tons of seating! Beautiful inside. Huge fridge and huge seperate freezer! Great Sonos and Bose sound system! Loved everything about it. Right next to Mary's Boon. 5 min from airport. Close to many restaurants... will be back. Sylvia the prop mgr was great. Jay the owner was great. Very communicative! Thank you

This property was FABULOUS!! Perfect location, located right on Simpson Bay beach with its own private deck. We enjoyed being able to cook out with the company of our family and friends on our own beachside deck. A bonus was finding out that we could play our own music with the Sonos speakers within the den and on the patio. The property was very clean, quiet from the neighboring properties, accommodating, and spacious. We felt extra safety knowing that there was a Ring security system setup. Would definitely recommend to someone who loves to spend time on the beach, you will save money by not having to go too other beaches and pay for beach chairs or just want to spend a few nights in and cook. We look forward to staying in this location again in the future.
