Easy to interact with host, easy to access building, and walking distance to Papeete town center!

Property was exactly as described. I also appreciated the early morning ride to the airport.

The property was well maintained and clean. The communication with the host was very good and she was very helpful. The neighborhood options were somewhat limited but well within walking distants toy the tourist area and ferry pier.

Great Location and wonderful patio to relax on. Bed was very comfortable.

We needed somewhere close to town as we were meeting friends and boarding a cruise ship. Stephanie’s place was perfectly located. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the centre of town in a few minutes. The view from the rooftop pool deck is amazing. Stephanie was quick to respond to questions and even provided a ride for us to get to the ship.

The property was convenient to airport & per. It was a great place to stay to transition for flight home.

Stephanie was an excellent communicator before and during our day. She was able to answer our questions and help us figure out some of the processes. We got to the VRBO at night after being sleep deprived so it took a while to figure out how to get the car inside the parking garage and also how to navigate inside the building. Overall it was a nice place to stay; you're centrally located in Pape'ete but it was quiet inside the apartment. We walked to lots of restaurants and markets from the apartment and really enjoyed the rooftop view with the pool! The drying rack was convenient as well, just bring your own clips or else your clothing items might fly off in the breeze and you won't be able to retrieve them easily. Stephanie is a great host!

We enjoyed staying at the apartment because we had everything we needed. A supermarket is not far away. You can easily get to the town center and ferry terminal. We used the swimming pool on top of the apartment block very often, because on the one hand it is nice swimming up there and on the other hand there is a good view on Moorea and all over Papeete. Stephanie is a very kind person. From the beginning she helped us to solve our problems. Thank you very much, Stephanie.

Stephanie, Miss Fanfan and the other Tahitians that we met during our stay made it happily memorable. Thanks to all. The accommodation is modest, homey, clean, close to bakery, pharmacy and grocery. The bed is comfortable. There is a balcony with table and chairs. Having had our luggage lost, we were glad that there was coffee, bathroom supplies, etc already here so we didn’t have to be concerned about these things.

Unknowingly reserved the studio. This is the third time in LeRegent. Excellent location to Easy Market and ATM about 2.5 blocks. Shopping takes awhile. Fantastic stock of fresh fish, breads, wine, already prepared food and entire meals. Prices are very fair.Walk the other direction and the downtown is 4 blocks and a left turn at the Shell station. The studio is well supplied with utensils, condiments, towels and soaps. Stephanie communicates and is available . Great host. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family,

This property was fantastic for our late arrival in Papeete last week.Cozy spot to hole up and get a great night's sleep in before heading over to Moorea the next day. Stephanie was an excellent host and she went above and beyond. Not only did she pick us up from the airport after our flight, but she offered to take us to the ferry the next morning, which we took her up on. Big thumbs up to this property.

Enjoyed our stay in this studio apt. Nice balcony. Adequate but not overly well equipped kitchen. Nice oven and range. Fridge very small. Shower wonderful. Walk to boulangerie - one minute. Easy walk to ferry, downtown market, grocery store, hardware store and electronics store, restaurants. Needs a few minor repairs but still a good value in a convenient location. Has rooftop pool too! First - host is 5 star. She is very helpful and accomodating. The unit is in an older building so some obvious wear, but Stephanie's apt. was clean. And the big bed is comfy. If you are there for a cruise, it's a 20 min. walk to the pier, or a short taxi ride. There is a bakery around the corner and a grocery store just up the road, a short walk. The tv is not the size as in the pics, but a 22inch. And only programmed in french, but it is French Polynesia. There are laundry facilities in the shower room. Some sundries, soap,shampoo etc. Only 2 small towels, so bring some beach towels if you plan on using the pool, which is on the 7th floor. It is a nice size, with a fantastic view, it's just too bad it is auto locked at 6:00pm because the view at night would be awesome, but the host has no control over this, apt. policy. The neighbors dogs bark a bit because of all the strays and they're just being dogs, but a pair of ear plugs should solve the problem. The air conditioner works great, we had to tape some paper over the numbers because it lights up the room at night. The sliding glass patio doors were a little hard to close. The deck is nice, and there is a drying rack for swimsuits etc. The next door neighbor on the left when you sit on the deck has no walls so you have a communal atmosphere. A pair of scissors would be helpful, I'd say a toaster too, but a learning curve for us, they mostly eat baguettes so understand why there's no toaster. There is a nice sized fridge and it was appreciated to have a few staples stocked. 2 burner stove and a mini oven. Utensil drawer was gone so the cutlery is in the cupboard, but at least there were multiples. I suggest bringing a flashlight if you are out and about coming home at night the hallway getting off the elevator is pitch black until you find the wall switch. The elevator was out of commision the day we were checking out so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs, but the apt. is only on the first floor, and this was no way the fault of the host. And you are on vacation so don't sweat the little things. You have AC and a clean comfy bed, anything else is a bonus.

Communication with Stephanie was brilliant. We only needed 1 night's accommodation but would have been happy to stay longer.

Great location for walking into town and closeness to the harbour. Comfortable bed, owner responded quickly and met us very early in the morning (3am) to let us in. We appreciated that. Great views from rooftop. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for coffee and meals. Pool could have been cleaner. Apartment could use some TLC - peeling paint, dusty, toilet often ran and dripped constantly. We had to spray for ants in kitchen but also found in our bed. I know bugs can be a problem in hot climates, but we had to clean up dishes immediately and not leave anything out unless it was in bags. Kitchen was only minimally equipped to make meals. Our flight was not leaving until almost midnight and when I was considering booking I addressed this with the owner as we would need very late check out. I trusted her when she said she’d take care of us if there was a new renter coming. So I booked. Her answer was to give us the name of a hotel to get a room for the day - at over $400US a night. My bad for not following my gut.

This was a great stay at the end of a trip. Location is great and easy walking distance to town centre, ferry building, restaurants etc. We used the rooftop swimming pool which was clean and maintained well. Some minor maintenance required in unit eg. ranch slider door a little stiff and needs adjusting. Stephanie was extremely helpful and communicated well. Recommended.

Stephanie's apartment has everything you need for a stay in Papeete. It is clean with Air-conditioning, good shower with hot water and good pressure, kitchenette with basic provisions so you can cook your own food. The bed is comfortable. It is within walking distance to the market, the ferry and other places in the centre. There is a little bakery just at the start of the road, a pizza place nearby, and a supermarket within walking distance. Stephanie is very helpful and can advise you on the ferry services and other things that may be of interest to you. Perfect for an overnight or 2 on Tahiti. The location was walking distance to everything we needed/wanted. Communication with the owner was great. The unit was clean with a balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning. Air Conditioning worked great, internet worked great. View from the rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 recommend.

What I really liked: Walk anywhere in 15 minutes A/C, washing machine and fridge Nice (big) shower, toilet uncluttered, nice balcony (he rained too much to use it). Underground parking spot if you rented a car or scooter. Strong Wifi. Bakery, convenience store and pharmacy nearby. What was weird: A rooster nearby but, hey, it’s Tahiti what do you care. Owner answers her phone and works with you if there is an issue, don’t hesitate to call her. Would say it’s ideal for 3/4 days stay

We were looking for a place to crash before our cruise, and we found this property on Vrbo. It is steps away from a fabulous market, downtown Papeete, and lots of shopping. We had a wonderful bakery less than a block away, we had coffee and quite the selection of pastries! Stephanie is an awesome host, and arranged a taxi both from the airport and then to the ship. This apartment is just what you need in Papeete. It was very comfortable, and it was just as pictured. The location is perfect for your visit in Papeete. Communication with Stephanie was also very easy to do and she is very accommodating. This would be a great stay for you when you visit Tahiti.

Stephanie was a solid host. There was no guest immediately before my stay so she reached out to let me know she could be flexible with an early check in time. On my way to the studio I got lost trying to follow Google Maps (Google doesn't fully understand Papeete yet) and she was kind enough to drive around to find me and then show me the way. The studio itself is more than what I needed for my brief stay, so I was perfectly comfortable. I didn't need to use the kitchen, but it looks to be in good repair. I really appreciated being able to do laundry with the laundry machine in the unit, but don't plan to wash a ton of clothes at once. It is not a large unit and there was only one detergent packet, but for someone travelling light and solo like me it was perfect to make sure my clothes were clean for the plane ride home. I liked that the studio was a convenient 8-minute walk from the downtown waterfront, and near the ferry terminal as well. Thanks very much Stephanie!

We stayed at this studio apartment during the first couple of days on our French Polynesian vacation. It let us get caught up on some sleep, spend some time in the neighborhood, and basically just get a feel for things as this was our first trip to FP. The bakery next door is amazing, there is a great grocery store within walking distance with nice warm to go meals. We enjoyed walking in the park along the bay and easily walked to the ferry. The apartment had everything you could need and was very nice. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The host helped set up our ride from the airport. Honestly only one complaint and it is a silly one completely out of anyone's hands...but if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. The neighborhood rosters enjoy competing with one another very early in the morning!
