The view is beautiful and the location is great if you want to be close to the beaches but also the city centre.
The room although clean and comfortable could do with some renovation as the kitchen cupboards were a bit old. It would be a good idea to have a mirror too.

The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning! Being able to open the curtains at the push of a button and see that every morning was a dream!
The location is fantastic. You are only a short (and very pretty) walk away from the marina, where there are plenty of restaurants/places to get a drink to choose from. The walk to Limassol old town is also short and there are some gorgeous bars/restaurants there too.
All the little touches, like extra bits in the bathroom (cotton wool pads, cotton buds, shampoo, body wash, etc) and kitchen (tea bags, coffee, etc) are a great touch.
The host, Alex's, communication was great. Being able to message to ask any further questions was good and responses were quick.
The apartment felt a little run down compared to photos shown on booking.com. The bathroom is very dark. Once you close the shower curtain, you are in complete darkness (probably not helped by the dark choice of shower curtain). Above the shower, there is exposed, cracked concrete and the ceiling in the shower is the same. The bathroom feels a little unfinished.
One of the beds has a very hard mattress, the other is very soft. For the majority of our stay, we ended up sharing one of the beds as the other mattress was absolutely solid. Neither mattress was comfortable, but the softer one was slightly better. For us, sharing wasn't a problem, but for others, this may not be appropriate.
The location of the apartment is great, but being next to a busy road, there was quite a lot of noise from cars/motorbikes racing down the road at night. The windows are quite draughty and don't block out a lot of the noise at all.

WAS MET ON ARRIVAL AS PER INSRUCTIONS GIVEN OUR TAXI DRIVER COULD NOT LOCATE THE PROPERTY EVEN THOUGH IT IS RIGHT ON THE PROMANADE HE DID NOT HAVE SATNAV BUT CALLED MINE HOST WHO GAVE INSTRUCTIONS TO HIM AND MET US RIGHT OUTSIDE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS 1am GREAT SERVICE
THERE WAS NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE SO MORE POSSITIVES FANTASTIC VIEWS FROM THE APARTMENT OF ALL THE BAY IN LIMASSOL LOVELLY TO WATCH THE SUN RISE AT 6.30 am EACH MORNING WELL WORTH SETTING ALARM TO SEE . ALSO MINE HOST SUPPLIED BEER AND WINE FREE GRATIS AS ALL SHOPS WHERE CLOSED WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 1am GREAT HOST AND HE LIVES RIGHT NEXT DOOR .
THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH A VERY SMALL WATER LEAK IN THE BATHROOM BUT WAS TOLD A PLUMBER WAS COMING TO RECTIFY AFTER WE LEFT BUT WAS NOT AN ISSUE FOR US AS IT WAS A VERY DRIP INTO THE BATH ITSELF

Amazing view, excellent location, clean and well-equipped room, friendly host.
The bathtub had an uneven floor so it was really awkward and uncomfortable to stand there. It probably needs changing. That's the only reason it loses points for me.

So close to the sea, I was able to go for swim each morning. Lots of basic food in the cupboard which was much appreciated.
There was an odour of nicotine in the apartment. If an alarm was installed it would deter anyone smoking in there. As a non smoker it was unpleasant.

The bed is near the window so when you lie down you don't see the streets. All you see is the sea, horizon, the sky and a few ships. Feels like you're sailing in the water.

The view was amazing and you can see the sunrise from your bed. The mattress and the pillows were very comfortable, towels were provided

Small apartment but it has all you need. Ideal for a cuple. The sun rises that can be seen from the bed are astonishing. Even if the apartment has no parking it was easy to park on the street even if we went on the middle of August. It is 10 minutes walking from Limassol Castle and the old town. I would recommend it!
