The property location is wonderful, and the house is very comfortable. We had a great time using the kayaks and canoe for the weekend and especially enjoyed the sunset on the lake! Thank you for providing life jackets, and you should really advertise the fire pit! We had a nice fire Friday night and made s'mores. The property management was very responsive and helpful. 5/5 stars!!!

The property is quite outdated; interior and exterior. And the carpet in the house does not give a real clean and fresh overall feeling. Especially if one of your kids is allergic. Outside it needs more TLC, gardening and furniture is not really comfortable. As we arrived they could have taken the effort to sweep the terrace, cleaned the furniture etc.. Though we loved the location, the sunset, the kajaks which were available, very quite location and neighborhood.

Could not have asked for a nicer property for our vacation. We come down to the area for the Watkins Glen race and enjoy staying in the area. This property was incredible. The lake view from the house and the dock were awesome. The house had everything we could ask for and we would love to stay there again.

A nice little home on the lake in a quiet area. We visited several Museums and the house we grew up in. Hiked Watkins Glen and drank local wine.

Great house & location. Private, quiet, restful, beautiful views and everything you need (except a wine opener) to have a fun visit with friends. Ate breakfasts outside, visited wineries, and enjoyed music, scenery and conversation at the end of the day. We would happily stay again.

I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my cousin's daughter's 21st birthday. There were four of us and the house was perfect for us! The layout was easy and every room was so peaceful and cozy. If you book this house, you need to watch the clock in the living room upon the hour, it plays music and moves in a magical way. This was a pleasant surprise for us! Additionally, a shout out to FLPP as we arrived 40 minutes prior to CI and they updated the key code so we could go in the house early. We will be back!!

The house was located on a private road, quiet neighbors, beautiful view. The house was spacious, the deck was large, the kitchen was well appointed! Definitely plan on a return visit!!

Mother’s Day get away
We loved our stay! The house is as described. The host was wonderful! We loved sitting on the deck or dock enjoying the quiet and beautiful lake.

Somewhat disappointd
The property was very claen and cozy, and the location is wonderful. However, there were a few issues. The biggest issue was that the digital keypad didn't work. We called for service and a faulty battery was replaced. The response was very good, but this should have been checked before new renters came in. AC units that had been taken out for the winter were sitting on a table in the master bedroom and on the floor in the sunroom. We would have expected them to have been stored before our arrival. Some lights did not work, including the one on the deck and two in the bathroom. The dryer was out of order with a sign on it indicating that it was being replaced. It was not replaced while we were there. One of the factors in our renting this property was that it had a washer and dryer. We were unable to do laundry because there was no way to dry the clothes. The bed linen packet for the queen bed had only two pillow coverw in it, so we had to open the packets in the other bedroom so that we had pillow covers for all four pillows. The TV had a very low volume, and we were not able to increase it. There is a draft around the window and the frame in the living room near the recliner. The kitchen was missing a colander and pot lids, and the collection of dishes and utensils was mismatched and not very well organized.

Tranquil, quiet, peaceful
Wonderful little lake house for our small family. House was incredibly clean when we checked in. Walk out to water was a bit tricky for our little two; however, we managed fine and enjoyed swimming. Close to everything we needed, including some groceries, local wineries/breweries, as well as areas for our little boys to play at. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Property management was SO pleasant to work with when we had a concern. Would love to come back and stay again!

Relaxing Get Away
This is a spacious, clean, nicely appointed home with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We loved the long dock with the two sturdy Adirondack chairs to watch the beautiful sunsets. The kayaks and canoe were in good condition and we enjoyed using them on the water. Overall, we would stay here again.

Very nice
This property was excellent. The only thing I would say, is that the pictures do not show that the shoreline is a little rocky, which makes it difficult for kids to get in and out of the water. The kids still had a blast. Overall this was a fantastic stay for my family of six.

Halcyon Lacustrine Sojourn
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage on the lake. As Goldilocks would say it was not too big, not too small. Just right fit our party of 3. All was clean, orderly and comfortable. The area was quiet and well maintained. Large old trees provided shade for the ample deck and, unlike neighboring houses, the dock had a seating area where we could read, work crosswords or just watch the sunset as the gentle waves lapped around us. And we were just a few easy minutes from all the amenities of Geneva. Relaxation was had in abundance.

Great experience right on Senaca Lake
Relaxing and fun girls trip. The home was even nicer than we expected. Pictures don’t do it justice. Equipped with everything we needed. Extremely clean and comfortable. Right on the lake with amazing sunset views. Close to a few wineries so you don’t have to travel far if you don’t want to.

We love Three Brothers and Bottomless Brewing, so the location of this house was perfect. It was a very quiet and cozy neighborhood but still close to great wineries and breweries. The house supplies everything you need to enjoy your stay, or at least start it without any inconvenience. It was rainy and cold most of our trip, so we didn’t get to enjoy the water crafts but we did take advantage of the beach on our sunny Saturday. We started a campfire in the fire pit and carved pumpkins while enjoying the beautiful views of lake Seneca. I would highly recommend this property and would book again.

The house supplies everything you need to enjoy your stay, or at least start it without any inconvenience. It was rainy and cold most of our trip, so we didn’t get to enjoy the water crafts but we did take advantage of the beach on our sunny Saturday. We started a campfire in the fire pit and carved pumpkins while enjoying the beautiful views of lake Seneca.
I would highly recommend this property and would book again.
