Willkommen in meinem Haus in der schönen Marina del Rey. Mein Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist weniger als eine halbe Meile vom Strand entfernt. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Nachtleben am trendigen Abbot Kinney Boulevard und in Venedig sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch eine schöne Terrasse und zwei kostenlose Parkplätze ... 15 Minuten nach LAX, ca. 14 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und Restaurants und Nachtleben, ruhige und sichere Nachbarschaft, neben dem schönen Radweg.

The house has good location and lots of space.

The stay was lovely! It was an easy walk to the beach and easily accessible to the freeways. Hamid was also a very gracious host.

Stayed at the house for our daughters graduation from USC. About 30 mins from the school and lots of space. We walked to get coffee and dinner and walk on the beach. Nice patio to sit outside for breakfast, but the dry cleaner is a little loud. Hamid and his wife were very friendly and live just next door. They even told us we could help ourselves to the fruit from the lemon and grapefruit tree.

I booked this for a family trip to LA largely because of the 4.5 star rating. Beware - this is NOT a 4..5 star property. I can best describe it as a tired home with tired furniture - what you would expect a college kid to live in with a group of friends. The bathrooms were terrible - in the main house the shower head leaked so badly that there was virtually no water pressure. In the garage conversion, the shower door leaked water onto the floor. The light fixture above the mirror was missing and wires stuck out of the wall. Many light bulbs needed replaced. The heating system is ancient and there are two wall heaters for the house- a problem when bedroom doors were closed at night because the rooms got no heat and were really cold. The house needs a full update - the kitchen was not functional in any real sense (it and the bathrooms are at least 50 years old). The only pro was a good location. I would not recommend.

Hamid was such a great host! Thanks Hamid for making myself and my friends feel like we were at home. We each had our own room and the Washer and Dryer came in handy! Hamid, again, loved the house, rooms, kitchen, and location to walk to MDR, Venice Beach, and Culver City. Would love for you to get A/C but nights are cool enough and you have fans so it was comfortable! Next time I come to MDR, I’d stay at your place again!

This house is a total hoax, everything is either old or falling apart. Please do not believe the pictures at all. Spent close to 3000 bucks for this, uncomfortable beds, old broken kitchen, a small 4x4 space in name of a backyard, garage converted to a bedroom, no air conditioning, beach is 2 miles away, not walkable at all, one parking spo only, do not book this painful home.

Great central location to shopping, dining, beaches, airport and many other activities. The house was very spacious, well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The owner greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and gave great recommendations for shopping, eating and fun. Amazing host and he answered all of our questions. The house is in a great location to explore LA. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance and very close to beach and marina. The house worked out great for my family of four which includes older teenagers. Great neighborhood and we felt safe. We hope to be back again soon!
