Good value, good location, owner very friendly and gave good tips.

Our stay was perfect, really clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price. The owner is also super nice, he recommended us what to visit first to avoid crowds, what dishes we should try and where to go for having a couple of beers.

I love how the place we stay is part of Malacca historical place. The owner is very kind and resourceful. Location is very strategic and accessible to every historical place in Malacca city. Facilities were friendly user and complete. We have a very good time in Malacca.

Lovely host, Francis was very helpful in pointing out all of the places to visit. The room , although basic was clean and the bathrooms cleaned throughout each day.

The host Francis is the best! He’s very kind and showed me on a map which places I should definitely visit. The hotel itself is very central so it is very easy to reach anything in the Old Town with a short walk.

Million of thanks to Mr. Francis Chong and his wife Madam Lilian who are very kind and friendly to the tenants like us. All rooms and toilets on each floor are very clean. If you want to go sightseeing in Bandar Hilir, you can rent classic and modern bicycles here. The pantry not only provides food and soft drinks, but also toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrushes are available if you forget to bring from home. The air cond is very cold and the wifi service is very fast. We feel very satisfied!

Location is great, within walking distance to Jonker Street, room upgraded from twin room with shared bathroom to quadruple room with shared bathroom without additional cost. Thank you Francis. We will be back..
