Location+ seamlessness of staff

Honestly nothing really, I like to sleep in a very dark room, so if anything I'd like the curtains to be darker

The staff and location was good

The bed and pillows were hard as a rock . The ac didn't work properly. The lights kept going out. There was construction of the lift. The bathroom wouldn't lock. The cups and cutlery were filthy. There were cockroaches in the hotel and room Even the WiFi was really bad . Not worth it

Spacious room with good facilities, excellent location within a short walk of an array of cafes and restaurants.

Room cleaning was not done regularly; only once in 5 days. Though the room is large, a lot of space is taken up by two double beds, leaving very little free space for walking around. Not much natural light in the room.

The owner & the staff are 🧡! Cleanliness is impeccable! The location is one of my favorite places in Pune. So... long story made short: I absolutely enjoyed my stay. We'll meet again soon!

The location was good as it was in a popular lane filled with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

At first look, the room looked clean enough to spend the night but soon we discovered an unwanted guest…3 to be precise. That night we had to kill 3 cockroaches that were brave enough to show their faces. We stayed awake most of the night fearing that one of these crawlers might creep over the kids. In addition to all this, the sink in the bathroom need maintenance as the water doesn’t pass through easily. The lady at the desk (if you see her) was very helpful especially regarding the C form that we had to fill out (she was the only one who could speak English).

The location is amazing as it's Koregaon park Loved the room if was tidy and spacious

The older architecture can be worked upon

very cosy, well lit and clean. will definitely come here again.

maybe they should allow food deliveries till the door.
