the fact that the code I was given didn't work and no one answered the door or my call so I couldn't even access the accommodation and had to find somewhere else to sleep last minute.

Mobile Phone has no connection in the room...

It is possible to check in at any time, one can retrieve the key at the entrance in a small combination protected safe, whose code is sent by email on the day of the arrival. Check out is also possible without meeting anybody by leaving the key in a postbox. My room was very small, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not use these devices, but there was a TV, a water boiler, a toaster, a small fridge and an hair dryer. The password of the wifi was written on the door and the connection was reasonably fast and stable. Soap, towels and high quality toilet paper were provided. Toilet, sink and shower were in perfect order. In the bedroom there were also a bottle of mineral water and a "welcome chocolate snack". The pension is next to a minor road, very quiet during the night and acceptably slightly noisy in the early morning (but not too much). My room was also next to entrance, so I was exposed to a few additional noises. The window had a roller blind which ensured perfect darkness in the night. Overall I slept well and I enjoyed the staying. I think that for the low price that I paid it was a very good accommodation. I will certainly consider this pension again for a one or two nights staying in Bielefeld.

The bedroom was very small and did not have a closet, this might be inconvenient for people with a lot of luggage. The table was small, too. It was sufficiently large to put on it a laptop, a book or to write something on a paper, but it was definitely much smaller than a usual desk. It was OK for working or reading a book for a couple of hours, but I would not recommend the room for people who want to stay several days and do home office there.

The room itself was clean and cosy

I went for work, Wifi is not working properly. Disconnect frequently and when connected goes desperately slowly When I arrived I was not able to find the key of my apartament. My room was 15 and there was no locked for number 15. And, once I enter number 15, I was moved to 7 The last day, cleaners try to enter to clean the room 1 hour before check out, without knocking. I was in the shower.
