Waren für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft, da wir am nächsten Morgen weitergeflogen sind. War alles top: -sauber -großes Zimmer (alles vorhanden: Kühlschrank, TV, Shampoo / Duschgel, Föhn usw) -kleiner Balkon -Top Lage (sind vom Flughafen in 10 Minuten zum Hotel gelaufen und es gibt viele Resturants / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe) -sehr freundliches Personal -unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out -Preis-/Leistung super

-Bett war sehr hart -Flugzeuggeräusche (wat allerdings auszuhalten)

For the price, Nai Yang Residence is a great deal and totally worth it. It was an easy walk to the main street of shops, food vendors and more, as well as being conveniently close to the Phuket Airport. Nai Yang Residence is very clean and every morning I left, staff were always cleaning, they do a lot to maintain the cleanliness of their Residence/hotel, which was gratefully noted. It felt more like an apartment building, in this way, there was more independence in the stay versus being waited on like a hotel, which I benefited more from as someone who values their privacy. If you like the feel of how a hotel caters to needs, I don't think you will appreciate this stay! Someone reviewed, saying sunlight was shining in from the patio door. It appears that the hotel management corrected this because there was a cover on the door in the room I stayed in. I received consistent toiletries and water throughout my stay, which was a nice surprise. The fridge was spacious, the closet space was great, the bed was very firm but good for my back. Overall, this stay met almost all basic needs and I'm pretty content with this. I also really benefitted from the outfoor patio sink, as this made washing spare clothes very easy and convenient. Again, I felt like a lot of basic needs were met with this hotel and for the price, this is not bad.

A microwave and a small safe for valuables would meet all basic requirements for my preference. Some wear and tear and minor improvements can make a huge difference, such as fixing the door latch that was missing and installing a towel rack or hook by the sink. The airport sounds did not bother me once during my stay. What bothered me a few times were how much you can hear from your room. I heard every small to loud noise from the hallway and the echoes of the building. People would be leaving their apartments and slam the doors and it would startle me. The soundproofing is the only thing that really stood out to me as a serious and constant issue while I stayed here.

Wir hatten das das Nai Yang Residence für eine Nacht gebucht, um in der Nähe vom Airport für unseren Abflug zu sein. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis war absolut okay für eine Nacht. Ganz wichtig war m, es war sauber! Die Betten waren ein bisschen hart aber okay 👍 für eine Nacht. Die Air condition ist ausgefallen, wurde aber vom freundlichen Personal innerhalb 20 Minuten wieder hergestellt. Absolut zu empfehlen!

It’s really near the airport, so for us who arrived late and don’t want to stay in our original hotel, it’s a good overnight stay. Room is big and clean!

Not that I don’t like it, but would have been good if they provided a direction on how to go to the hotel from airport. As when we used google maps, we were asked to go round and round then we find out in the end that there could have been an easier way
