the view was so beautiful. we loved how close it was to everything.

The staff was wonderful and so helpful.

The elevator.

The TV in the bedroom did not work. The toilets were very loud and the one In the water in the 1/2 bath continued to run for too long.

This hotel is very clean! The views from the balcony were amazing. The hotel staff were super nice and accommodating. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything you need to prepare simple meals

The only negative experience included the elevators. Every night around check in time it became extremely congested. The morning of departure was even more of a nightmare. We spent at least 30 min waiting for the elevator. Stairs were not an option.

It took 3 separate bookings to finally book a room. I would book a room pay and receive a call stating the room wasn't available, after I have already payed for the dates I wanted. Like I said this happened 3 times. There was something spilled all over the door way and wall going into the master bedroom. Outside balcony was very dirty. There were gaps between the flooring. Furniture and tvs are outdated. The first night we were there we went out for supper and came back to a big orange bag with our room number on it tied to our door handle. The bag had more towels, sheets, toiletries etc. We didn't mind the extra items it just made us feel like someone may have entered our room, no personal items where missing.

Location was phenomenal!

Limited food services but there were several restaurants within walking distance.

It’s our favorite place to stay.

All the extra fees are an it much in my opinion.

Location was great! I had an oceanfront view and restaurant location a d other entertainment was a walk away.

On arrival the floors a d countertops were not that clean and had to be sweep and wiped down for our comfort.

It was hard to get in touch with maintenance. Didn’t have enough towels and toiletries.

Facility was very clean. Customer service was friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here again.

Towers I and II need a hot tub.

Location is good, very clean, and didn’t have to wait a long time on elevators.

The chairs on the beach are too close to each other, the parking deck needs to be more clearly marked for exits.
