The property has a key safe, code emailed before hand. All very simple, done with ease - no problems.

In desperate need of updating. Smelt of damp. Cobwebs everywhere. Not very clean.

The peace and quiet in a beautiful location, easy access to local amenities, all the facilities you require within the property to make life easy, on a lighter note the bush behind the swing needs a trim because it scratched the Ladies bums😂,we all loved it and will go back again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like...Nothing!

Location was good as we went to visit the area where my wife grew up. Easy to get about to visit where we wanted to.

The hosts were excellent with communication from booking to checkout. The property is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and clean. Stayed with my husband, son and girlfriend and two dogs. The property is big enough to have space from each other if we needed it. Lovely quiet place and came back feeling relaxed and refreshed! Thanks Sam, for a wonderful experience

There was a bit of a gap under the gate and one of our dogs managed to squeeze through and out onto the road. We fortunately noticed and ended up buying some chicken wire to attach to the bottom of the gate solving the issue. We let the owners know. No other issues at all

the location was good and quiet. I slept well. bathrooms, towels, bed linen and furniture were clean. lovely view of fields from panoramic window. plenty of parking space. garden spacious and away from road. we only needed somewhere clean and safe to sleep as we spent the days visiting family

I had trouble retrieving the keys as the box is too low for someone with osteoarthritis to bend and get up again. luckily the son of the cleaner was present and retrieved the keys for me. the window catches were dirty - had not been cleaned. the house smelt musty when we arrived but cleared once we opened windows. I had trouble putting keys in box at end of stay - had to kneel on paving slab then had difficulty in standing after

convenient well situated we felt safe fab mattress and great towels

very difficult to get in as locks needed a lot of jiggling, not good for someone with arthritic hands no clothes line only 2 dinner plates no tea pot the water was very hard and had a lot of scum so could do with a filter jug at least or filter system outdoor furniture broken grass totally overgrown basically the whole place needs a full refurbishment and does not warrant the daily fee unfortunately lots of constraint s around ware and recycling that added some stress to the visit

the quietness and the quirkiness

same old story beds not as comfortable as own ones but that’s always the same. no mirrors in bedrooms.

Excellent property, it’s quite unusual (in a totally good way!), has a nice feel to it. Kids really liked the well stocked shelves with indoor and outdoor games too!

The location for a quiet break was fantastic - nestled in the woods, but a short walk away from the local pub. Everything we needed to be able to cook for ourselves was available. Good WIFI, plenty of outdoor space.

This home is a beautiful, and gorgeous-feel about it. it provided us with the much needed peaceful rest and is shortish driving distances from so many stunning parts of Norfolk! we loved it and the home provided us with comfort and space and a great homeliness :-)

Nothing. It was a perfect place and a perfect stay which was aided by having the host be very helpful and welcoming.
