Hotel in a location near metro shopping

This is a love hotel that we didn’t know before book

This is a Love Hotel. It was nice and clean, but good to know ahead of time.

I was not aware it was a Love Hotel when booking and the bed was uncomfortable.

电视节目有点少.

Clean, modern, hot tub

Pillows too hard and thin !

Internet was a little slow at times.

very nice facilities, particularly bath area, and quiet.

no room service over 6 days. small room, even though the room was nice

Fantastic stay, a great room with anything you could ask for. Would recommend highly for a couple!

room was very nice and luxury

the bed was pretty hard and almost no room to leave the luggage, let alone open up a suitcase without closing it again to store. the first two nights all the lights spontaneously went on at 12pm

Clean and big bathtub.

I booked this hotel because they have free parking. The listing mention that reservation is required so I mention that I need a parking slot when I booked this, and they never replied me they don't have spot. However, they said no availability when I check in, so we moved our car to a paid car park. If it is first come first serve, why they don't mention that to me before? It is very inconvenient while you have car. Then, about 15 mins later, they called up to the room and said they have parking spot available. Couples of hours after check out, we found that we left our electric toothbrushes in the hotel room but we already away from Tokyo so I leave them a message via booking.com to see if we can take them back later when we back to Tokyo, however, they said they haven't found them in the room, but we searched everywhere including our luggages and car. I don't have proof of course, you decide whether you believe or not. It is not their fault we lost our toothbrushes, but for the whole stay, I spent many money unexpectedly including this and the paid car park.

Loved the open air bath, was super nice, bed was alright, really love the chair massager which was nice to use after a long day. Karaoke machine was fun although I think our screen was buggy and would have to pick up the tablet and point it towards the tv

Super dusty. The outdoor bath was also dirty, looked like there was pink candle wax left on. The patio also had stains on there (white/red stains). No one spoke English so be prepared to use google translate lol

Loved the aesthetic of the room. The lit spa tub is really the main attraction and was worth every penny. The space facilitated a luxurious and indulgent evening for a great price. Great system to control the lights and huge TV.

The room was a little dirty. Not as clean as we would have hoped. The floor had gunk and dust in some spots and suspicious spots on the comforter... The bed was just a bare mattress with a thin topper set on it. It was very firm and pillows were flat. Seems it's not really meant for sleeping, though...

The room is big enough for us, two person and very comfortable. Hot water is enough for us shower mornings and the evenings. Very nice carpet and individual doors of room, toilet and washroom area. Very nice staying there.

The only thing not too satisfied was the receptionist asked us waited an half hour and she couldn’t speak English.

the property is a bit private and not easy to find. The receptionist cannot speak English which is need time and patient to use google translate to communicate.

The room was a bit smelly, and a bit dusty. Even tho I open the window thats reduce a bit smelly but need 2-3 days to smell fresh. However it was a bit cold after opening the window. Even I closed it after.

The location was perfect for us as we prefer to be in an area that is not a tourist trap, and a bunch of out of control party people. There was non of this :) The local restaurant and shopkeepers in the area were very friendly and kind to us as we speak very little Japanese. The location does not offer any food on the property, but that didn’t matter as there are dozens of local food spots within walking distance of the hotel.

It is not a traditional key card access hotel, they give you a metal key so be very careful not to lose it. We didn’t lose ours but we were concerned that we would so we took extra care to make sure that we didn’t during our seven night stay.

Had no clue it was a love hotel. But boy howdy, it was very very swanky.
