Tente vétuste (fermeture éclair cassée et difficile de fermer la tente ; on voit que la tente a bien vécue elle est assez rafistolée), matelas fin pas le plus confortable, tente en pente Sanitaires basiques : WC et pommeaux de douche qui fuient

The beach in front was quiet and quite nice.

Bungalow means a tent or a "room" on top of a bungalow under the roof so you can barely stand and it gets very hot. 2 small mattresses on the floor and a tiny fan also on the floor. The shared bathroom can be quite far away depending on where your "bungalow" is not in a good state, quite dark and dirty. The path to go to the bathroom and up the hill to the high bungalows is also not in a very good condition.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. you can swim with the plankton at night and it’s just beautiful. the toilets are a bit far away and the path up is not ideal. but the location is gorgeous for sunrise.

good location within 10 minutes from the man beach and piers. or a beach on the doorstep pretty much to watch the sunrise. the bed was very comfortable and it was pretty clean! very good value for money

the WiFi was not very strong and sometimes power cuts which made the room feel like a sauna

The spot is so good, you walk from the busy street into an oase of piece, on a beautifull road. The tents are next to the sea and the owner and staff are very nice! They are very considerate for their visitors.

I liked the bathrooms, it has a campsite vibe. But its not the most convenient. Has no hooks for instance.

the location on the beach was perfect and not a very long walk to the town.

the toilets/showers have no lights in the them and are up a hill/construction site so not great in the dark. Also, the walk from the town isn’t long but there are no lights and at night we had issues with aggressive dogs.

Friendly helpful owner, Jacobean, spacious bungalow, in a quiet area of Koh Rong, a short walk from all the partying if that's what you want on hols. bar/restaurant about 50m down the road is the place to eat and drink if you don't want to walk into party land in Koh Touch, owner Richie and his wife are very friendly and helpful for local info etc. Local beach is very small and littered with rubbish, natural and man made. there are far nicer beaches on the island if that's what you're after.

The volunteer staff was friendly and helpful, the tents were indeed right by the water with plenty of shade, hammocks and tables outside. At night they switched on lights and had plugs for charging. Free coffee and filtered water refill.

The bathrooms/shower was up a bit of a hill and they were very poorly constructed. Cleaned every day, but the plumbing was almost comical in its execution. I could have probably built something similar. But they are building and improving. Other negative is the noise near the tents. They are also close to the road and in the morning the bike mechanic shop across the street makes horrible noise.

Upon arrival I was told that I'd get one night in the tent I'd booked and then get a free upgrade to a bungalow. Couldn't have been happier! Great location close to the main town, lovely beachfront to go swim on and chill out in the many hammocks. Had a brilliant time here!

The staff is amazing: they're nice and they satisfied every request I had. Thank you! I appreciate the coffee in the morning. The location is super: in front of the sea and 5 minutes walking from the center.

The bed unfortunately isn't comfy

the bungalows are tiny but lovely. we booked a tent and got upgraded to the top part of the bungalows which had a mattress on the floor. We essentially paid 2,5$ per person, you can’t really expect nothing else. The owner was super helpful and tried to grant you every wish possible. He even offers free drinking water and gave us a papaya for free. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Loud partying of the nextdoor clubhouse at police beach. The accommodation was overbooked, I reserved one of the tents via Booking.com. The first employee did'nt speak any english. He then talked to a second guy, who called a third guy who then arranged a hammock for me to sleep in.
