We had a wonderful time on our beach vacation. The condo was perfect. Clean, roomy, beautiful view, right on the beach! Kids loved the pool and waterslide. Pickleball court was an added bonus. Several places to eat within walking distance. Owner went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when we left an item behind.

We had our entire family of 17 here and it was perfect! Big enough that it wasn’t crammed at all. Balcony views were amazing, dolphin views almost every morning. As close to the beach as you can get 👍. Condo was very clean and up to date. Lots of appliances. Check in and out process was super simple. Great location. 10/10 recommend and will definitely continue staying with Phoenix !

Our stay was amazing. The property was very accessible. The location from the property to the beach was perfect and the pools were awesome. Our condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 13. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!!

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. (7) women and we all had our own bed and 3 bathrooms was wonderful. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only issue we had was there was only 1 roll of T paper in each bathroom, 1 dishwasher pod, no extra trash bags, no laundry soap. So we had to make a trip to the store. Other than that, great place. Would definitely rent again!

This is one of the best condos my family and I have ever stayed at. It was very clean and had everything the 10 of us needed. I really like the fact that we could park on the 6th floor and go up 1 floor to the condo. I highly recommend this place to anyone who asks me. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 13

We loved the condo. Just be careful about charges from VRBO that won’t be listed on the Phoenix rental agreement. I believe that ALL charges should be listed on every agreement. That was the only grievance we had. Also VRBO was not friendly when we called to question the $431 fee from them.

No complaints! Condo was clean and as described. There wasn't a pod coffee maker on arrival. We also needed a couple more blankets and towels. I called Michael and had a new Keurig and blankets the next morning. Towels arrived in the afternoon. Pools and hot tubs were clean. A couple days in, the indoor pool was cold, asked a security guard about it, he checked and within 10 minutes responded that the heater and been shut off, but was back on. We parked on the 6th floor and could either walk one flight or use the elevator. It was a great experience. We loved the beach and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay over our spring break. It was a group of 14 extended family members ages 73 to 13. The accommodations were great and we loved the view! We had one maintenance issue with a toilet that was fixed quickly! Would highly recommend that condo!

The condo was in a perfect location - walkable to shops and restaurants. The beach was not too crowded in this area and the kids loved the pool. Only concern was the oven took a long time to reach temperature...but once we figured that out, we planned accordingly.

When we arrived at the property, there were a few maintenance/housekeeping issues which needed to be addressed which is why I didn't rate everything fives.On the plus side,issues were resolved immediately.Management was excellent; the property great, & I will rent it again if I return to the area.

We've stayed at this Phoenix before in a wonderful property. We did book a little later this year and had to take what was available. This unit, #704, was definitely worn out. Bedding was torn, kitchen utensils were worn out, etc. We've never stayed in a property that only leaves an existing roll of toilet paper for the guests. Same with the paper towels. This unit just needs some refreshing. Of course, we always love the location and the Phoenix properties, as a whole, always looks nice and clean. Unit 704 is just not up to par as the rest of the building.

Loved the place and location. The condo was a little dirty with solo cups and wrappers under bed and furniture and the floors were pretty sandy . All in all it was a great place and we all loved it . The pool is great for all ages . We would stay there again 😎❤️

Family of 16 Vacay!
The condo was just the right size for all 16 of us. 8 adults and 8 children. Right on the beach . It needs some new skillets. The ones there are very hard to clean. With this many people we needed more towels. The security at the pool was very strict which caused some problems for the kids not just ours but other families too. Over all it was a nice place and we would come back and stay again !

We had our children, their spouses, and our grandchildren for a week. The children and grandchildren had some type of activity going on all day, every day. It was the perfect setting for that. Thank you.

Great property, small issues
Floors were sandy when we arrived. Kitchen appliances were very cheap with a $10 coffee pot. TV had a store demo banner that popped up every 60 seconds and would reappear in different places on the screen. Love the facility and location. Ice maker was a life saver!

Such a beautiful place to stay with great views all around. Very easy access to all the entertainment and restaurants. The management, front desk, and all the other staff personnel were outstanding. Everyone in our party was impressed with the condo. If I could give a recommendation though. The need of a new bed in the Master Suite and one of the other bedrooms. My wife and I felt as though we were going to roll out of the bed opposite sides, like it was raised in the center. All in all, though I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay for our 1st not last Big Family Vacation.

Family Beach Vacation
This vacation was a bucket list vacation for my family. This condo and it's location was perfect! The views were spectacular and it was so conveniently located. It was an easy walk to the beach, the pool, and for dinners out. It was clean and we had plenty of towels for 8 people with extra towels. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was peaceful.
