Large Two Bedroom Apartment in Downtown Lexington near Rupp Arena
Diese Wohnung ist einzigartig im Design und ist sehr geräumig. Es war die Wohnung der Eigentümer für über 6 Jahre und wurde renoviert und gepflegt. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock über eine Wendeltreppe, und das Badezimmer verfügt über einen Doppelwaschtisch und ist das geräumigste der Apartments. Wir werden aktualisierte Bilder veröffentlichen, sobald sie nach dem vollständigen Umzug wieder verfügbar sind. Es gibt 3-Apartments im Haus, und diese Wohnung hat das meiste zu bieten.

Updated historic house that served our needs well! Great location for walking to many places. We look forward to staying here again.

A beautiful old home renovated to accommodate couples and families. Large, spacious and airy rooms and a huge kitchen with island to entertain. Greenery and flowers in front and in rear garden to enjoy. Perfect location with easy proximity to Rupp and downtown Lexington locales. Hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. I highly recommend this place! Excellent experience.

We were in town for a concert at Rupp Arena, this was a perfect place with just a short walk to the arena. The place was clean and very unique. The host was great and very easy to communicate with.

The house is beautiful with historic detailing and front porch swing. Very clean and very convenient location. Hosts were responsive. Highly recommend, and would return to this property!

This property was very clean and cozy! It was perfect walking distance between the main attraction of our stay (concert at Rupp Arena) and either walkable distance to a lot of dining options or a close drive away. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Id recommend this place to friends and family and if I were in the area again, I’d stay again. Thank you!

This property was great for our weekend getaway. The property was neat and clean. We didn’t have any issues and the location was perfect for all the attractions we were interested in downtown town. Check in and check out was a breeze and everything went according to plan. I would highly recommend this property.

The house is neat and kitchen well equipped.
We rented this house for the pool area.
We needed a place to cool off and relax after long days at work … that was the plan. But being outside was not at all relaxing or comfortable as the property lies next to a very busy 24/7 freeway.
Super loud continuous noise…
Inside is quiet. So if noise bothers you and you want to use the outside areas this will not make you happy…

I am a photographer and I absolutely loved the look and feel of the house! The pictures turned out amazing! The owners were amazing to work with, very accomodating, and helpful! I definitely recommend this property for any photographer looking to shoot at a nice location, or anyone in general who likes a unique environment! Absolutely loved it!

I was considering not leaving a review because this property is such a treasure, I wanted to keep it a secret! My husband and I loved the comfort of this place and the location is perfect for any downtown activity. This property has so much character and feels like staying in your own home. We will definitely be staying at this fantastic property again!

Loved staying here--very cozy and comfortable. My wife and I came in for a long weekend get away of Bourbon tasting and visiting horse farms. Rupp Arena is around the corner. Really ideal location on a quiet street. Easy access to Keeneland and local attractions. Already talking about coming back next year-can't wait

Momcation
I reached out to the hosts last minute, in desperate need of a "momcation." They were immediately responsive, helpful, and patient with my frazzled self. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and on a peaceful street. I fully intend to go back for my bi-annual self care retreat!
