It is a beyond-expectation experience. The room is even better than the description on booking.com. We have our own rooms, kitchen, and bathroom. The location is a quiet neighborhood but takes only a short drive to shops and eateries. It feels like a home away from home.

Amazingly clean and well-stocked whare. They were really lovely people who were always helpful. Close to everything. I will definitely come again.

Good breakfast and really delicious fresh fruit. The location was ideal for our stay. Very comfy bed and good bathroom. We enjoyed the attractive garden too.

The location was perfect for us cycling the Te Awa bike trail. It was quiet and with beautiful surroundings and garden. The bathroom very spacious. Lovely stay.

There was a WiFi extender there but no password to log on to that network, only the main network on the other side of the house which wouldn't connect from the bedroom. Easy fix but I didn't ask for the extended network password as I was only there one night

Lovely shower. The sitting area overlooking the beautiful garden was a bonus as was food for breakfast and cookies.

Let me start with the staff, Bev and Barry. Congenial, easy to communicate with, pleasant conversationalists. The bedroom the bath and living area as well as the exterior space were very clean and inviting. Excellent Wifi and a good continental breakfast. Fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended.

A comfortable, peaceful, light-filled, well-equipped place to stay. Huge bathroom and amazing shower! So nice to wake up and hear the birds chirping out in the garden, and Bev was kind, pleasant and welcoming.

Very clean, relaxing and quiet. It is a real gem and I would gladly stay again. The hosts really make the place feel as comfortable as home. 10/10.

Hot water ran out for my partners shower which mean't a cold shower for me?? No thanks when we told the Host her husband pretty much blamed us and was rude and grumpy. Not a nice way to end our lovely stay!!

Lovely accommodation, just perfect for two people. There is a small kitchen area with a washing machine, a separate lounge in addition to the bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There was a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread and jam. It exceeded our expectations and very handy for visiting the Hamilton Gardens. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the location was indeed quiet and the bed was the most comfortable that we had slept on in a month travelling around NZ. To be recommended.

This was a return visit and we are booked to come back in three weeks. Comfortable and very clean. Compact kitchen but everything you need for a short stay. Washing machine is a great bonus.
