We booked for our annual ATV trip to the UP. Large enough for our group of 6. Clean, well appointed with many extras. Perfect location close to the trails. Ample parking for our trucks and ATV's. Offsite parking available for our trailers. The garage is set up for eating, playing cards, bullshitting, ect. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We never actually got to stay there, due to the unprecedented warm winter without snow. However, Greg was very flexible about changing our dates to try and catch a time with snow. When Mother Nature finally stymied us for this year, we were able to rebook for next year. I appreciate his willingness to work with us, considering that this winter has been very tough on him and his business is way down.

We were there to snowmobile and we got really lucky with snow. The house was perfectly clean with ample space for our group of 5 adults. Highly recommend and we will be back next year!

Great place to stay ride out from house

Our family group of 6 greatly enjoyed our time at the property! Communication with Greg before and during our stay was timely and helpful. The house was clean, well-furnished, and well-stocked, with space aplenty for food prep, mealtimes, and hanging out. Very comfortable throughout our 6-night stay. But the best part for us was the location. The property sits basically in the parking lot of a grocery store, a restaurant, and a gas station. And our primary trip objective was birding, and Whitefish Point, where we spent a good portion of our time, was only a 15-minute drive away. We'll be trying to stay here again next time we come this way.

The house was very roomy, had great amenities, and it seems like they thought of all of our needs. The bedding was very comfortable and there were two bathrooms for the five of us who stayed there, which was very handy. Location was very convenient for a lot of different activities that we took part in. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice place to stay that's handy to amenities like grocery, food truck. Appreciated the generator when the power failed.

The property was clean and located close to area attractions. The house is very spacious and well stocked with supplies.

The pictures don't do justice to this place. It was spacious and comfortable for our extended family get together. Kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. This is not a secluded residence as it's right next to the parking lot for the restaurant and general store, but it's a great central location to get to destinations in the UP. Being right by the store was a great convenience for us. Despite being close to the road and by the parking lot, it was not loud and we didn't hear any road noise while we were in the house, so that was great. If you're looking for a nice central location for a group to stay so you can visit the sites (tahquamenon falls, Whitefish Point, Soo locks, etc) this place is a great option!

It was clean, we had plenty of room, the owner was very friendly, and everything was there. The owner provided all kitchen supplies, washer & dryer, paper, towels, t.p., and towels. It really was a wonderful stay!

So close to essentials and lots of room for our group of 5 adults and 5 kids! If we come to the area again we would love to stay there again.

Summertime family vacation stop. Spacious living space. Nice sized bedrooms w/ a fan available in each room. Owner was very friendly & attentive with plans to remodel both full bathrooms.

Perfect amenities and location for a weekend snowmobile trip.

4 of us stayed for a snowmobile trip. We really enjoyed the house and the location. Plenty of parking - we had two trucks with 23 foot enclosed trailers. Great location, right on the trail, close to restaurants and two gas stations. We hope to be back next year.

Home was neat & clean. Nice location in town close to all Restaurants & other. Host was great!

Big place for six guys to spread out after returning from a day of sledding. Couldn't be a better location to everything in Paradise.

My husband and I wanted to snowmobile. Several friends came along and wanted to cross country ski. The location was perfect and walkable to dinner if we wanted to leave. It was very nicely set up and the owner was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, owner came over once on the first day unannounced and walked into the property. He was nice however communication could've been better. We drove from Coldwater MI and just wanted to confirm we could get into the property on arrival and the response was, he wasn't aware that we needed confirmation. For being so far from us I wanted to have peace of mind on arrival. Property was great though we had restaurant across the street for breakfast and store nearby. Overall a great stay.

This is a spacious, well-appointed cabin is located right in the middle on Paradise. It's within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. We enjoyed our day trips to Tahquamenon Falls, White Fish Point, and the Soo. Great accommodations for larger families!

The house was comfortable, roomy, and clean. Perfect for our summer get away! The kitchen was stocked with ample appliances, dishes, and even spices. It was also great to have a washer and dryer. We loved it!

This is a huge space, especially for our family of four. The listing is accurately described. Not fancy, but north woodsy. The kitchen was very well equipped. WiFi was super fast. Great location near Tahquamenon, Whitefish Point, and the few restaurants in Paradise. The small grocery store is right out the front door. A great place to stay!

House worked out very well for our vacation. It was nice to unwind and had plenty of room for us.

This house was clean, roomy and well stocked. We had eight adults in our group, and we had plenty of space to spread out, but still could eat together around the large dining room table. It was easy to find, and right in the middle of the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great location. The house had everything that we needed an more.

All the reviews I read were 5 stars except one mentioned mold. When we walked in we could smell the musty odor. My bedroom had water on the floor by the wall on arrival and water running down the wall. The windows would draw so much condensation it would drip off the window sill. There has to me mold growing between the walls. It made us all sick. 2 of us had to go to the urgent care in Newberry from the reaction. This place has a great location for snowmobiling, gas, food etc. On the ad it states has a heated garage for your gear…. It’s barely above 40. It has a water heater on the wall with no thermostat. It’s controlled by the inside thermo. I read where you can park your sleds in the garage, when we arrived there’s signs on the garage wall stating no snowmobiles, atv in the garage. These 2 things were why we rented this…. Was disappointed. We will not rent here again. We rented March 9-13-2022. Trying to catch the last few days of the season and couldn’t ride because of being sick for 1.5 days.

This house was just what we were looking for. Two bathrooms, four bedrooms, nice living room and a large table we could all sit around.

Set up for Snowmobiling or any motor sports, great location. Nice property and local owner if you have any issues. We will be back for sure, group loved it. Great access to food, gas, and trails.
