Hard floor is not so nice when the room is cold, all in one shower area to bathroom sink, noisy bathroom vent if kept running for too long. No vending machine for emergency water or snacks.

Location was perfect and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Room service cleaning was frequent and hotel staff were friendly. Restaurant service was good. Could add more variety to the menu.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était à l'écoute et réactif, répondant à tous nos besoins. L'hôtel est très bien situé, ce qui facilite l'exploration de la ville. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les équipements de qualité, comme la fontaine d'eau et le défroisseur. L'hôtel était propre et la literie vraiment agréable. En résumé, une expérience très agréable avec une équipe sympathique et efficace. Je recommande vivement !

La porte de la salle de bain était défectueuse, ce qui a été assez gênant. De plus, la chambre manquait de rangement et de luminosité, ce qui a rendu le séjour moins confortable. Nous avons également constaté un manque de nettoyage sur les fauteuils de l'accueil.

Die Lage war super, direkt mitten im Geschehen, trotzdem war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer, was Lärm von draußen betrifft. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war geräumiger, als ich es erwartet hätte.

Alle Zimmer sind in der Nähe der Aufzüge. Mein Zimmer war noch am weitesten entfernt und trotzdem hab ich sowohl die Klingel vom Aufzug gehört, als auch die Leute, die davor standen. Ich würde als Wunsch "ruhiges Zimmer" angeben. Manche Zimmer sind direkt gegenüber vom Aufzug. Der Ausblick aus meinem Zimmer war nicht schön. 21. Etage, aber ich hab direkt aufs Hochhaus gegenüber geschaut. Checkout Zeit ist 11 Uhr, entgegen der Angabe bei booking, die mir 12 Uhr bestätigt haben.

During our recent vacation, my husband and I had a pleasant stay at Delta by Marriott. Here’s a detailed review of our experience: Positives: We appreciated the spacious room, which was well-equipped with comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, and all the basic amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel is excellent. Few minutes walk to the Time Square & easy to access by public transport. Lots of food options close by.

Areas Needing Improvement: Bathroom Door Issue: One significant issue that marred our experience was the bathroom door. It had a large gap and wouldn't close properly, which was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient. No privacy at all! Housekeeping Standards: For a hotel of this caliber, we expected better housekeeping standards. We noticed that the table glasses and the shower were not cleaned properly throughout our visit. Reception Staff Attitude: Another disappointment was the attitude of the reception staff, particularly the reception girls. Their demeanor was unwelcoming and at times, outright rude. It felt like we were inconveniencing them whenever we had to interact, which was very unexpected, especially at a Marriott hotel where we typically enjoy excellent service as Marriott Bonvoy Gold members. Regrettably, based on our experience, we will not be returning to this hotel for future stays.

El personal del lobby no habia ninguno que hablara español . Queriamos cenar o almorzar en el hotel , lo hicimos los dos primeros dias pero estuvo tan malo que empezamos a ir a otros lugares . Muy malo y muy caro. El desayuno no lo tenia incluido , en algunas oportunidades lo pagamos pero era caro igualmente en relacion a la calidad .

Property was clean, front desk staff very nice! And the manager is the sweetest! And so patient! I had trouble with my card since it’s international, he never got frustrated and tried several times… it still didn’t work but he was patient and that means a lot Sp. For those of us who do not live in the US

Rooms were very comfortable and the beds super comfy. Loved it!!

Only minus is the shower, not a fan. Water everywhere

The staff, the location and the cleanliness of the rooms was really good. The photos shown and the rooms provided were almost a match and were really up to date, not too much disparity between them. The staff was really helpful and polite.

We had put in a request to have 2 rooms together but they had by mistake given one of the rooms to someone else and we had to settle with 2 rooms on very different floors (26th and 9th floor). The check in process was troublesome, the key to one of our room provided dint work 4 times in a row and we had to do up & down 4 times (Considering there are only 2 lifts you have a long wait before you can board the lift to either go up or down). And the other room provided had guest already living in, we like unlocked the door and barged in on them to realize someone was already in and had to get another room. The same night someone else barged in on us as they were given a key to our room (another mistake). Bathroom/washroom door slider has no door lock and has a massive gap on either side, so if someone is inside the others cannot move around in the room and have to stick to the beds. (You dont want wanna see your family member taking a dump :) ) In the 6 day stay, we had one day where everyone received a printed notice of WIFI outage. It was okay for us as we already had our own Mobile internet along but could have been troublesome if we hadn't.
