Had a great stay at Darby's Guest House. Easily walking distance to great restaurants, river bluff, some of the Antebellum homes, and the carriage ride. Darby was easy to work with and we had a great time. Nice to have a king bed in one room and 2 queens in the other, along with their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the back porch a lot!

We had a great stay. The owners were awesome and they fell in love with our 3 little girls. Perfect get away cottage for anyone! Located in the middle of everything Natchez has to offer.

This is my second time to rent this property. So quaint, great location, and easy check in. Will definitely be back!!

The Darby House was a perfect girls getaway. We were at the historic downtown area where we could walk and enjoy the shops and restaurants. The service was great and we loved taking the tours to see the mansions. You shouldn’t miss such a great adventure.

The house is in a good location, close to downtown and the river. The home is so cute and we felt at home, very comfortable.

This was a great place to stay in Natchez. It was convenient to everything and a very short walk to the river with a cup of coffee in the morning. Being on the main road you do hear a lot of traffic at night. There is a noise machine in the front bedroom which is helpful.

This home is very comfortable and relaxing! Clean and quiet, the only noise was traffic at usual hours. So convenient to food, shopping, historical homes, architecture, night life and of course the Big Muddy! I definitely recommend this property! The only suggestion-if you are planning to cook you may need to bring a few extra kitchen gadgets. Would love to stay again in the future!

This wonderfully decorated and updated home is a 2 minute walk to the park which runs along the Mississippi River. The sunset from the overlooking bluffs was something to behold! A short walk down the hill were restaurants, serving delicious food, overlooking the water. A walk in the opposite direction took you through the charming downtown shops and original historic homes of Natchez. Two bedrooms (and two bathrooms), a fully furnished kitchen (with an adjacent dining table) and a comfy living area are all perfectly decorated. But my favorite place was the back porch looking out on the fenced in back yard. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day touring Pre-Civil War homes - and was especially appreciated since our first day there was rainy. Darby reached out to us personally before we arrived, check in was flawless, and she left us all sort of goodies we did not expect. She checked in to make sure everything was going well the following day and even reached out to recommend a lunch place on our route as we traveled out of town. She felt like a friend looking out for us! Parking for the house is adjacent in a paved public parking lot - which I was concerned about at first - but it was absolutely no problem - just steps from the front door. The street is a main road, but the traffic died down at night, and it is the price you pay to be in the heart of Natchez. It felt like a very safe area and we were comfortable walking the neighborhood, even at night. I highly recommend this rental! You will love it and feel like you have a friend in Natchez taking good care of you!

This is a great house in a great location. It is within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and beautiful views of the river. The house is very comfortable, with nice furnishings and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage in the heart of Natchez. We were able to walk to everything: shops restaurants, the farmers market, historic plantations, Bluff Park & More! We absolutely loved our visit and the wonderful people of Natchez. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Really great property - clean, comfy and super close to the bluffs. Can walk to many restaurants and homes. Owner Darby greets you with wine and fudge and is super responsive. We had a fabulous stay/time.

Darby so outgoing and helpful! Spent time to tell us about her darling town. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. Love the privacy of the two rooms with on suite bathrooms. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Take the carriage ride that stops in front of the cottage. Thank you for a wonderful time.
