I stayed here for my birthday. IT WAS INCREDIBLE! the staffs were so nice and the location was amazing. The staff upgraded our room and it was such a memorable birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will definitely visit again. Thank you once again to all the staff including the kitchen staff because the food was top notch. Loved every minute I was there !

When we checked in, restaurant was closed for the break time. But owner was so considerate he went into the kitchen started cooking...and he was an Excellent singer. Staff were awesome.

1. First they’ve got us a wrong booking 2. The shampoo and the lotion in the toilet r used 3. They don’t even serve a one bottle of water in the room 4. The key cards were not working for several times because of technical issues as they’ve mentioned 5. They didn’t clean the room for several times until we ask 6. Even if they cleaned the room they don’t change the bedsheets 7. No one answers in the reception when u call or even when u go down to them, no one is available! 8. no AC it was small blower with dirty water Ana fan for other room

The room was not clean when we entered !! Also we feel for the price shampoo should be available and soap dishes should be full !! Not good to see soap dishes in shower half empty Finally menus need to also be in English for restaurant !! Good is great but staff couldn’t translate German menu !!

Nice and tidy rooms. Unfortunately no water or kettle with some tea bags or such provided.

The hotel location was perfect. The hotel is very modern with all the amenities with beautiful picturesque town of Oberkich and we loved the scenery. The train station is literally 1 minute walk and 20 minutes ride on the train gets you to Lucerne station. If you want to be in a peaceful setting with beautiful picturesque town then this is the place to stay. We stayed 7 days and hotel allows you to rent a car from them directly so we did a day trip to Black Forrest. All other excursion were convenient to get to from the Lucerne station. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating especially Kiera at the front desk, Elon in kitchen and Markos. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent as well . The breakfast in the morning was pretty good with many options and Elon was always ready to take orders. All other st aff were very friendly and great service all around.

it’s a very quiet place , with was very nice for us with our dog. she could run and run. the people in the hotel so nice and very welcoming. and the hotel room was so beautiful with big windows we could see the mountains.
