We enjoyed the open concept ranch style home. It was spacious with a nice pool area. A short bike ride to the beach and leisure trails were easily accessible. The Vacasa staff was very helpful to address any needs during the week.

The privacy of the home was excellent and having a pool was even better! Plenty of parking, including parking under a carport! Short bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. Lots of space in the den with plenty of seating. Eight chairs at the dining table and 3 barstools. Tons of kitchen items for cooking! The house was wonderful overall and I highly recommend! We had 8 people and 2 small dogs and never felt cramped!

Great location for walking to the beach and access to golf course bike rides in evenings. Pool was a good size but all furniture and linens were a bit tired and worn and not quite adequate for 8 guests.

Great layout, comfortable furniture, plenty of bath towels, convenient to the golf clubhouse. I was not expecting a dog-friendly home to be this clean - the kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. Dog hair is visible on furniture and floors, but less so than I expected. The pool was well-maintained but bc it does not get sun in the small front yard where it’s located, it wasn’t warm enough and the mosquitos were too vicious for our group to spend time outside. You need to bike or drive to food, shopping, beach, which is what the listing described. You get plenty of passes for parking/driving in the gated community, but it was a challenge to get everyone through the gates without taking the time to drive and meet them, so I suggest you get clearer instructions from the vacasa office than I did.

There was an ample amount of linen and kitchenware/appliances for a large group. Be sure to ask for heated pool option ahead of time to ensure availability, it was well heated for us- the pool does not have a heated option, only the spa.

The rear bedroom water was not very warm. The rear bedroom with multiple beds television did not work. You have to be more specific in the process for opening the door with codes. No one said to use the check mark or the asteric in opening door. We spent ten minutes in the dark trying to open the door. Also, the rear patio door was unlocked when we entered the property.

Location is awesome near stables, garden and beach club. Easy to get to by bike or walking.
Pool and home size/layout are fantastic. Pool wasn’t clean or heated when we got there but they came out next day to do both. No beach towels or beach chairs so pack accordingly.
Kitchen is well stocked (except no spices or oven mitts). Home could easily fit 8 people or more. Overall, I’d like to give 4.5 stars but system limits it. The few missing pieces just kept me from 5 stars.

We had 4 adults and 3 kids on this trip and the house was perfect - the set up of the bedrooms (one suite on side of the house and a suite on the other) - and the 3 bathroom set up was great. The ocean was a bit further than we expected, but having never been to the island before, we didnt realize that getting anymore required navigating through several streets, but the drive itself to the ocean only took about 6 minutes. By bike, I think it took us about 15 minutes.
The spa does not work, which was confusing because there were instructions in the house on how to get the spa heated, and after much back and forth, it was confirmed that the spa is broken - the listing should be updated for that - but the kids loved the pool anyway! The queen bed in the hallway is very hard in my opinion, I had to layer it with a few blankets to make it comfortable enough to sleep on and the twin in the blue room is hard as a rock - I would reccomend upgrading those mattresses, but the other ones were very soft. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would consider staying at this same house again if we were to come back!

this house is tucked away in Sea Pines but so close the hustle of Harbor Town it's a perfect spot. You can easily bike to anywhere in Sea Pines from the many nearby paths. House is quiet and very roomy for a large group or family. Pool is very nice and was greatly enjoyed.

I did not book this place, but the place I did book had no heat in the middle of the record cold temps in Hilton Head on Christmas Eve. Vacasa moved us to this house. Overall we liked the house. The beds were nice and the kitchen was stocked well. It is down a very quiet road but not real close to the beach. It is quite dated for such a nice house. The bedspreads are old and very 90s. They need to redo the bathroom. It is a really nice place to stay if you are not too fussy and plan to cook frequently as it is better stocked than most even has a crockpot.

It’s fine for a short stay, but glad we didn’t stay longer. The carpet smells like a combo mildew/animal stink. Vacasa was useless at handling minor issues. No soap at sinks, no coffee filters (I left some for the next guest) and had to hunt for trash bags. The little things make a big difference. Clearly nobody is thinking about the people that stay there.

Our family spent a positively delightful week at this home. The house was clean, well-equipped, perfectly located, and well-maintained. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Our kids could even hop on their bikes and safely go to the beach or Harbour Town. The pool was refreshing and a perfect temperature. I highly recommend this home!

The property met our expectations. The heated pool and spa made the cooler weather bearable! We had rented bikes and ride all around Sea Pines so the houses location is terrific! We’d definitely return to the house. Now, the only reason for 4-stars is that we called Vacasa on the second day of our 5-day stay to let them know the bathtub would not drain so we were unable to use that tub for showers. We were told we’d receive a call back from Maintenance the next day and we never heard from them the entire trip so though the house was great, the customer experience was lacking.

Owner and Vacasa were very responsive when contacted regarding a few minor issues that were resolved very quickly. Will definitely rent again the next time we're in Hilton Head.

Read the pool outline closely. We got there 2 days after a storm and the pool was very dirty. Management took a day to bring in someone to clean it. I gave them all the money way ahead of our stay and they said to let them know 5-7 days a head of time to heat the pool. They never did heat it either. The equipment is so old it can’t heat both th pool and spa at same time. The yard was a mess until we left. When someone came to clean the yard we had to leave at 10:00am. Then they don’t let you in until 4. Lose a whole day. Such a rip off.
If they would cut the edges in the back yard you could watch people put on the green. Beds were ok but not super comfortable. One of the master bathrooms had so much crude in the vent it was gross when you came out of the shower or use the toilet it was gross to look at.
Good space inside. No washing machine soap. Yet they want you start the washer.

It is in a great location in Sea Pines. At night you can stargaze from the green just behind the house. The beds were very comfortable and not incredibly high, so no run and jump to get into bed at night. It was very cozy and quant

We loved having the pool although the beach is quite a distance and definitely not walkable. The agency quickly had the pool cleaned and ready to use shortly after we arrived .The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The decor is rather dated but everything worked.
We had a problem with a terrible odor of cat pee in one of the bathrooms that was disgusting. Our efforts to clean and air it were fruitless.Since this is a pet friendly property, I guess it can be attributed to a cat visiting but it surely needs to be addressed.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots , dishes and utensils and there was plenty of room for 6 adults two kids and an infant.
