Big room, facilities were super complete, amazing fridge, great for cooking and saving in breakfast. Great location, close to the beach. Big bathroom, Dove shampoo and conditioner provided.
Little marihuana smell in the hallway. The price was ok compared to other hotels in Panama but expensive anyways.

They charge you all kinds of charges, that they have no explanation for, and they can’t do anything to get your money back. The bank has to take it under control

No breakfast provided and pets being allowed. There was a dog in a room near me that barked constantly my first day. They were left in the room in a crate unattended per the front desk.

There was a smell in our room, probably from previous guest cooking in the room.

I liked how quick checkin was. And I was able to check in 30mins earlier than expected, so that was a plus! There was a kitchenette in the room, I didn’t use it but was nice to have! The pillows were nice & not limply!

It was so relaxing, it was nice to be able to fix breakfast and we even cooked a couple dinners in the little kitchen..We were close by to the shopping and Pier. Swimming pool was very and clean..We have no complaints..excellent stay

The room had a horrible odor. The carpet smelled sour and moldy. I have asthma, and we had to leave and stay elsewhere, as I could not breathe in our room.

Great customer services. spacious room. comfortable. Loved being able to do a load of laundry at no charge. Even a laundry basket was provided. We were granted a late checkout to sign and have documents witnessed. The laundry supervisor did the witnessing
