I only liked that there's a WiFi & it's quiet

The stuff is so rude & unwelcoming. They just look at you & don't give you any attention even if you asking for something simple. In the morning I almost missed my ride because the stuff was nowhere to be found so I can handover the keys.

The place was fine

I paid more money. I made booking for 2 guests. They send confirmation without the number of guests at first. Later the They indicated that I ve made booking for one guest. Then I try to indicate that I made booking for 2 guests not one They said I have to add another R200 It's like i m adding the number of guests i felt so bad with this. I m not going to use booking. Com at all and I not going to visit this place

Comfort. Cleanliness, friendly staff

The Lady actually called to inform me she double booked the place and had to place us elsewhere. (I was scared thinking she's gonna cancel) she booked us at her "sister lodge" they assist each other. She went beyond the call of Duty because I didn't need to get there and turn around. She sent the new location and apologized. Now looking forward to actually going there now🤗 the other place the lady was extremely friendly and helpful. The vibe was relaxing and felt homey.
