Great location and walkable to all things Rosemary Beach. The pool and grounds were well taken care of and condo is as pictured. It was very secure, almost too secure as they really would not let you in or out without wristbands on at all times. They do only provide the bare necessities - it would be nice if there were extra beach towels, chairs, cooler, etc. There also wasn’t proper bedding for the pullout couch, just a sheet and pillows with no pillowcases. Overall, we had a great trip and condo and location were very nice. Vacasa support was non-existent onsite so I’m glad we didn’t run into any major issues.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and lovely. The beds were very comfortable. Communication from Vacasa was great. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Highpoint is a great location, too.

Unfortunately, my daughter left her sleep “lovie” there. We think it fell between the bed and wall (closer to window) or got made in with the sheets. It might even be under the bed! If anyone happens to look we would be forever grateful. She’s had it since she was a baby and we have had tears every night missing it!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this condo and High Pointe. The unit was clean and decorated nicely with updated fixtures & bathrooms. Our only suggestion would be to heat the pool in March for all the spring breakers - the pool was freezing!

Our family of 5 lived the location of this condo. We loved the quick walk out to the beach and all the restaurants just a few minutes away. The condo was decorated nicely and had a well stocked kitchen.

Condo was so clean and nicely decorated. View of pool was unmatched by anywhere else we have stayed. Management was very helpful. Security guards were frequently seen at pool and walking around which I appreciated. Beach was spotless. We will definitely be back again.

The condo was exceptionally clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and had everything one could need for a week at the beach. Pool is also excellent and condo is in a great location on the resort as well as within walking and biking distance to most everywhere you’d need to go around Rosemary Bch. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. The check in/out process was very easy and the instructions provided beforehand answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend!

Great access to beach and location. Umbrella and chairs were great and set up every day. Grill and bar were great as well. Inside condo was updated which was nice. Only negative about the stay was the fitted sheet on one of the beds was not the right size (too small). Other than that would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was awesome, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The unit was outfitted nicely with up to date decor and anything you would need staying in a condo. The location was quiet. This resort is conveniently located in a narrow strip of Seacrest between Rosemary Beach and Alys beach and we were able to bike ride everywhere we needed to go.

Had a wonderful time. Nicely decorated, very cleaning, and super spacious for our family of 4. Lots of storage space for all your belongings. Close to the beach and walking distance from several quaint shopping centers. Vacasa has been overall pleasant to work with and I would definitely vacation through them again.
Only downside was dealing with the umbrella and beach chairs vendor in that area that mistreated us as guests, which had nothing to do with the apartment itself. Our apartment came with daily rental of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The guy that works for the vendor would come over to us while enjoying the beach around 5pm everyday, help himself removing all my personal belongings hanging off the umbrella such as my clothing, sunglasses, hat.. etc and proceed to remove the umbrella that was providing us shade, while we were sitting under it. I asked him before not to touch my belongings, yet he still did. Then he would ask us to get off the chairs, and stood there waiting as we got up. Mind you, some of those days I was half asleep on the beach chair, so imagine being hit by direct sunlight in your eyes out of no where while napping and being asked to get up, chop chop! Talk about putting a damper on our day. We all got sunburned since there was always plenty of sun by 5pm, and no where near dark.
Other than that, the beach was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

This unit has been updated with very nice touches. It’s very clean and comfortable. Our trip was rained out much of the time, so having a nice environment inside was ideal. Would recommend this unit.

This unit was recently updated, clean and quiet. King bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool and Crabby Steve’s Restaurant was awesome. Easy beach access too.

Perfect Spring Break get away!
Condo so nicely remodeled with all amenities! Master bedroom far enough away from the kids to have little rest. Property gorgeous and walking distance to everything Rosemary! Loved the beach chair service. Strict adherence with wrist bands a little cumbersome, but security employees nice.

Family Beach Trip
We had a blast staying at High Pointe Unit 1314! It was my son's first beach trip and was the perfect set up. The rooms allowed the grandparents to come with us and still had room to set up his pack n play in the master bedroom. They had extra beach and pool toys for us to use. The unit was very clean and had great updates. The view of the pool was great and had a slim view of the water. Overall we would stay there again for another family vacation!

My main issue was the complete lack of safety locks on any of the doors. I have 3 children. 1 of which is a 2 year old boy. There are no deadbolts. No chains etc. there’s not even a movable door lock on the front door (all electronic). While I was showering my 2 year old opened and walked straight out of the condo. It could have ended badly. I called vacasa the day we arrived to ask if there was anything we could do. They never got back to me. I genuinely can’t fathom how a rental doesn’t have this safety feature on the front door or the slider! We are fortunate enough to travel and this is our first experience without this safety feature. It would also just provide peace of mind while sleeping so that staff couldn’t come in.
The only other negative is that the air works amazingly in the main area but not well in the master. Even with the curtains closed all day etc. So the main area gets down to temp and then turns off, leaving the master to be (I’m guessing) about 5* hotter.
Neither of these issues would prevent me from returning, as my kids are getting older and we also were able to barricade the door with several dining room chairs. But I do think a resolution should be enacted.

there were not washcloths for showering which we assumed was just forgotten when restocking towels. I'm sure if we made a call it would have been supplied to us but we just picked up a pack at publix when we got our groceries for the week. who can't use more washcloths at home anyway? the oven did take a long time to preheat and boil water. that is really the only improvement we could mention. the pool was perfect, the walk to the beach wasnt bad at all and there was a ramp for strollers wagons etc! so nice. would recommend this unit to all! nice job!

Wonderful Condo
The location of this condo cannot be beat. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Plus, the ease of getting out to the beach was superb! Plenty of space for a family of four.

The unit is beautifully decorated and updated. Clean and comfortable. Has everything you need. Even a kettle (for us Brits! 😁. Very safe and secure. Property is ideal with big lagoon pool, easy access to the beach. Ideal location to walk to shops and restaurants in this great area.
