We really enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues that were quickly addressed by the owner. They responded to text messages within minutes of our request and most items we asked about where already available we just didn't know where to look. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the property was as described and in the photos. A great house for a large group of adults with ample space for individuals and couples. 11 Adults and we had lots of space for the trip.
Check in and out was easy and seamless. The host responds quickly to all inquiries and messages.
It was a bit expensive for Ubers but we knew that heading in that we would be spending our evenings on Broadway and planned accordingly.
The pool area was utilized to the fullest. We had an excellent trip and highly recommend this listing to large groups looking to avoid the smaller lodging options located in Nashville.

This home was so cute and fit our group of 14 perfectly! The two separate living room, game room and two very large tables gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. The pool was a huge reason we choose this house and it did not disappoint! So many fun memories made with family members ranging in ages 9-70. The large tables made game nights so fun and everyone could be included. The location was perfect-close to Nashville which we went to visit twice during our stay. Places to eat and shop also very close. We also felt we had privacy with our big group since the house was secluded and not in a neighborhood. We felt very safe in this area and the communication with the company was quick and pleasant. Would highly recommend this house for your next trip to Nashville!

The residence and all the amenities were outstanding! The home is very spacious, well furnished, and well supplied with amenities for a large group - including dining supplies (plates, silverware, glasses, cups) linens, towels, etc.
The location and facilities were perfect for the family and provided a great environment to share our time together. To be honest, everything exceeded our expectations! The grandchildren have asked if we could return when the pool was open to be able to enjoy that amenity - great deck and furnishings!
The whole trip, from scheduling through departure went flawlessly thanks to the amazing support and communication from the host.

Communication couldn’t be better! Check in was easy. House set up was great. Comfy beds, spacious rooms for all guests to hang out. Large dinner table and large table on the lanai was great for family style breakfast and lunches.
20 minutes to Broadway. Travel was easy in and out. Would highly recommend!!!!

We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect, close enough to downtown to easily get there, but far enough away to enjoy the peace of the quiet of a country neighborhood. The bedrooms were all spacious as well as the eating areas. There were 5 of us and we never felt like there wasn't room for us to hang out altogether. Thank you for an absolutely perfect reunion trip.

The house was as described but in need of some TLC. It was very clean and the flow was very nice. Kitchen was well laid out but not stocked well. Plastic on roof and garage doors did not work. Bannister on front porch and bannister going upstairs were both loose. We could not enjoy the patio area with the pool, there were leaves and tree debris all over the furniture. Never went up to the fire pit, it is a steep hike and we had a few older people with us.With a little TLC, this would be a perfect pick!!

The house was in a nice location. The inside was mostly clean but definitely needs some furniture updates. The outside grounds and pool area needs more attention for sure, some kind of patio finishing that was not completed and left a lot of rough cement granules over the pool area, plugged drains, old pool supplies, bricks and outdoor furniture remnants took the "I want you to enjoy our home" feeling away. It was a lovely house but the outside picture on VRBO is outdated. I have stayed in nicer homes for less cost Maybe my expectations are set to high. Otherwise we had good family time and enjoyed being in the house and pool.

Doesn’t get any better than this!
We had an incredible time with our family! The location was perfect with incredibly comfortable beds, plenty of room to spread out and space for all types of games. The pool was the big hit for our family as well…the kiddos never wanted to leave. According to our youngest, this house deserves “one billion stars!” Thanks for making this such a wonderful and memorable vacation!

Great Bedrooms
The house is deceptively large with great bedrooms and bathrooms. We has a couple of issues that were dealt with very quickly and pleasantly. The outside area (pool deck) needs a bit of an over haul. The seat cushions were unusable and the spring clean up had not been done yet. The dining chairs could use replacing and more seating in the family room would be a nice addition. Over all a great stay.

Overall the property was great. There were lots of spaces for family to congregate - game room, living room and family room plus the dining room and large enclosed porch. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 7 adults and 3 children. The beds were great and bathrooms very nice. We had a great time and enjoyed each space.
If I had any complaints it would be that the bathrooms only had one roll of toilet paper in the holders (and not new rolls, at that) and the half bath didn't have any toilet paper at all so by the middle of our second day we had to go buy toilet paper. Lighting and seating in the fireplace room was not the best but we made it work.
The yard had not been mowed and the whole property had a little bit of a forlorn look to it but I think we may have rented before spring clean up had happened. We didn't use the pool area since the pool (though not covered) was not open but the outdoor furniture was not very welcoming. Once again, I'm sure once the pool is open than that area will be very nice.
It is a great place to come home to after a day in Nashville and close to stores and restaurants in Hendersonville. We enjoyed it all.

We had out of town guest for my daughters wedding and this place was perfect!
This place was perfect for our out of town guest for our daughters wedding. Friends and family had a a lot of fun and had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space. Kids had a great time in the game room. We needed more towels and the owners bought new towels and brought them out to the house. We really appreciated it! We liked it so much we are planning to rent this place again. Thinking for the summer so we can enjoy the pool.

Nice House
My oldest son was getting married and we had family coming in from various states, including his 3 remaining grandparents (all nearly 80). We had 12 total in the house and it accommodated us very comfortably. We would definitely stay again. The hosts were quick to respond to questions/concerns as well. Only about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville.

The house has great BR and BT. The space is just as advertised. Some of the items are showing wear like Dino room chairs and ping pong table. Also low supply of towels. Beds were very comfortable. Location is 25 minutes from Downtown and very convenient to airport. It rained our whole

Quiet Area
The house was very nice and clean! Lots of room to sleep. The pool water was cold so we didn’t get to use that. The trees around it kept it from staying clean also. The only thing I didn’t understand is that there were no dressers in the rooms for our clothes and we didn’t find the extra towels until Wednesday because they were in the dryer! Lol one person had to use a hand towel to dry off with! The owners were very nice and even got their pool person to come early to clean the pool for us.

Family bonding in July
We enjoyed our week in Hendersonville, Tn. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to sleep and the AC worked very well. The pool was terrific and a must with 4 teenagers. The location was very central to our interests and Nashville. Extra special benefit, we saw deer everyday, usually grazing around the fence lines. The game room in the garage was also air-conditioned and used a great deal. We also had fun with the "corn hole boards and bags."
A few observations - the dining room table and chairs were very uncomfortable and not stable. The answers we received from our questions in advance were not accurate. Someone needs to better understand the inventory at the home.

The home was beautiful with plenty of room for eight adults and eight children. Weather assisted with the perfect pool usage, many hours per day.
Wish list for reference:
1. Grass mowed, especially in fire pit area
2. No key locks on bedroom door unless key available in home
3. Dishwasher door easier to seal as sometimes took several tries to start cycle
All in all, we had a wonderful family get together!

Family vacation fun!
This house was perfect for our large family vacation. We had 3 separate families (6 adults plus my MIL and 9 kids ages 6m-15) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids were fully entertained between the game room and the outdoor spaces. Also, the drive into Nashville to do the touristy stuff was super easy. The owners were very responsive with any questions/issues that we had come up during our stay as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with 4 families (10 kids ages 7 and under) and this was perfect! We had plenty of room. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We could have stayed much longer! Our kids enjoyed the pool, game room, and walking around the property catching lightening bugs at night. This is a gem!
