* Aloha! Wir sind Oliver und Kati und freuen uns, Sie in unser tolles Zuhause und unsere friedliche Nachbarschaft einzuladen. Wir haben dieses Haus komplett renoviert, um ihm das Aussehen und Gefühl zu verleihen, das es verdient hat, mit dem spektakulären Blick auf das Meer und den Westen von Maui mitzuhalten. Maui ist wirklich ein Paradies und wir möchten sicherstellen, dass Ihr Urlaub Spaß macht, aufregend und besonders komfortabel ist. Als Hausmeister wohnen wir in einem kleinen Häuschen auf der anderen Seite der Auffahrt. Wir stehen Ihnen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung, falls Sie etwas benötigen. Wir bieten Ihnen jedoch mit Sicherheit den Platz, den Sie benötigen, um das Haus zu genießen.

Es gibt viel Platz am Strand, kostenlose Parkplätze und ein Hotel (Mana Kai) für Essen oder Getränke. Im Süden gibt es einen Wanderweg, der Sie zu den wunderschönen Resorts und Stränden von Wailea oder im Norden zu den Stränden von Kamaole, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Zentrum von Kihei führt.

I can't say enough good things about this location, it was exactly as depicted and went above/beyond everyone's location.
It was clean, spacious, had some complimentary items, had beach gear which was also great, and Paul was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.
I would love to book again, the price was well worth it as well and the view on the deck was breathtaking.

Members of my extended family stayed here for a little over a week for my nephew’s wedding. The place was perfect for our group of 7 adults, and provided a perfect haven at the end of each day of Maui adventures. It’s close enough to everything to be convenient, and far enough from the touristy parts of town to be quiet and serene. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space for privacy for the couples at the end of the evenings as well. The hosts were gracious and helpful and the house is clean and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again if we’re fortunate enough to get back to Maui!

This house was great for us and our grown children. Plenty of space since we have outgrown a single condo. Beautiful views and nice location between the Wailea Strip and Kihei. We were able to easily enjoy both locales. Oliver was very welcoming and helpful

This house was a in perfect location. Not far at all from a number of different beaches and restaurants. Very homey feel from day one.

Oliver and Katie have a little slice of heaven in Kihei. My family liked that their house location borders Kihei/Wailea which ended up being very convenient for our plans. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs and we enjoyed eating all of our meals on the deck with the ocean view. The house comes stocked with all beach and snorkel gear, too. You’ll definitely enjoy staying here!

Great stay at Oliver and Katy’s place in Kihei. We were two families, so there was plenty of space. Loved the access to all the beach equipment. Close walk or drive to so many great beaches. Nice central location in Maui. Oliver was a great host, attentive if/when we needed to ask questions.

Our family had a fantastic stay! The house was great, and the homeowners were courteous, communicative and responsive. The views from the house are amazing, and it is perfectly situated so you’re close to everything - shops, beaches, etc. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

I simply can’t say enough about the home and all the beach accessories and everyday necessities that this properties provides. It had all the big and little things that made our stay so enjoyable from a huge deck with beautiful sunset ocean views, just a short walk to the beach, beach chairs paddle boards, surf boards, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels Sunbum sunscreen and shampoo & conditioner which was a nice touch. A bouquet of beautiful island flowers and a big bowl of island fruits greeted us and we even got to make friends with the owners dog and a neighborhood cat which we loved. The owners were as accessible as you needed and replied to questions just about as fast as I could type. I can’t say enough about it! Thanks for a great stay

The number of full baths and bedding was useful to our group of 9 adults. There was room for several to make meals after trips to Safeway and Foodland, and we enjoyed all meals on the upper lanai with the view of the sun and clouds. The location is near many restaurants and several beaches, and the central location helped with planning visits to Lahaina, upcountry, or south. Oliver was responsive when we had questions regarding the house or other recommendations. Appreciated the communication and reminders leading up to the visit and during the visit. Overall the stay was wonderful and we highly recommend to others!

Amazing stay in this beautiful house! We had 7 adults in our group (5 of them came all the way from Germany to join!) and we all found the space and location to be absolutely perfect for our vacation:) All of the amenities provided were fantastic for us, and we were so sad the leave. Book this property - you will not regret it!

We stayed there ten days. The view was spectacular. It was fun to be able to watch whales from the balcony. This was a great place to stay.

There are not enough words of praise we could give this place!! Matt and Kati were amazing hosts and the house was out of this world! They had everything you could possibly want and need plus more. The views from the back deck are out of this world. The beds were so comfortable. The out door shower is magical. They have all the beach gear you could possibly need. They have thought of it all. Top notch Super Hosts! From the ease of check in, to making extra accommodations for our family with young kids, we couldn’t recommend this place more. It would be a dream to come back again! Thank you!

What can I say other than this place was absolutely perfect! I traveled with my husband and our three adult kids along with their spouses and this place met all our needs and more! Here are some of the highlights:
1. The four bedrooms with four baths. This was huge for our family because the split level and separate spaces allowed us all to feel like we had our own space.
2. The upstairs patio. When we were in the house all together, we enjoyed just sitting out in the patio. The view was gorgeous, we could literally see the whales breaching out of the water. We could also watch the sun set from the comfort of the patio couch. The weather was perfect and we even grilled some nights so it was nice to all sit around the outside table and debrief our day.
3. The beds. Sooooo comfortable!! Probably going to buy one for my own house.
4. The outdoor shower. I know, when you think outdoor shower, a hidden sanctuary may not be the first thing that comes to mind, but that’s exactly what it was. Private, but open, this little shower was an secret oasis of the house.
5. The details. This house had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, snorkeling gear, paddle boards, bathroom toiletries, sunscreen, etc. Kitchen was fully equipped and we actually cooked many nights. the place was cozy and clean with ac units in each room which allowed us all to set our own temps. All the small touches really made us feel right at home.
6. The location. Close to everything! We loved this location. Many mornings, we woke up for an early run and the neighborhood was such a great place to run around with easy walked distance to nearby beaches and even to the resort area.
7. The host! Last but not least, our host, Oliver, was AMAZING. He was super friendly, accommodating, quick to respond to any questions, and offer suggestions around town. He cared about our comfort and really wanted us to have the best time. We are so thankful to him for opening up his space to our family!
In summary, if you’re traveling with a large group, DO NOT pass this place up.

My large family of 7 adults had a wonderful time at this home! It’s very spacious and comfortable with incredible views from every side. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and well situated- it was very easy to get anywhere we needed to go. It was great to have access to laundry machines too! I would highly recommend this home for anyone traveling with a large group!

Wonderful Maui Home
The house was a perfect home base for our week on Maui. It is very conveniently located and was fully stocked with everything our group of 9 needed. The property manager could not have been any nicer - even loaning her personal blender for an evening of frozen drink making and then delivering a new blender for the house the next day! Great stay!

Highlights…. the view from the balcony, the ridiculous amount of beach equipment at your disposal, the thoughtful pdf they send about things to do locally in Kihei and all over Maui, the comfortable beds & pillows, and all the little & big extras (fresh fruit, fresh loaf of bread, bottle of wine, hand sanitizer, soap, shampoo, etc).

This property worked out beautifully for our family trip to Hawaii! The lanai was amazing for morning coffee and whale watching! The awning also made this space pleasant in the warm afternoons!

Incredible Visit!
This house was incredible! The owner had great attention to detail, and provided many amenities like boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear and so much more! The set up was perfect in that each bedroom had its own bathroom so when it came to getting ready for things, we had plenty of room. The top balcony was a perfect place to watch sunrises and sunsets (and we saw some incredible ones). The owner was full of recommendations and suggestion for dining, shopping, markets, etc and none of it disappointed! We cooked several meals there and ate on the top outdoor patio. We were able to do our laundry onsite and also make use of the outdoor shower. The beach was walking distance, as were the few shops that we needed (other things took Uber rides). I highly recommend this place for your next vacation!
