Comment sélectionner de tels établissements : 1/ arrivée très difficile, nous avons cherché pendant une heure avec un propriétaire aux abonnés absents 2/ Pas d’accueil mais un code envoyé par sms 3/ le studio de luxe est une pièce en rdc avec une porte vitrée opaque pour ne pas être vu de la rue bruyante. 4/ pas de fenêtre tout est très sombre Electricite obligatoire 5/ Lit inconfortable avec une montagne de coussins à la propreté douteuse Juste honteux

Great localization and very good contact with host.

The location and the facilities were super nice. The owner also informed us in advanced sufficiently about the property.

The studio is in historic center, it’s basement one of the old houses with no window. Unfortunately, there was not enough ventilation in the studio unless you keep the door open (which is just in the street) and due to that there is constant mold smell in the room and you feel a bit wetness even on the bed. It’s cool inside which is nice during summer but you cannot dry you wet or sweaty clothes because of the humidity in the room. Besides, there was no mosquitos in the room but something kept me biting during the night which caused lots of red spots on my legs.

Good location - right in the centre (although a lot of noise as a result of this). Nice and clean apartment.

The wifi didn’t work - and whilst reporting this to the owner, they sent me the same password again and still not fixed. No further attempt to resolve this. It is advertised as having parking - this is FALSE information. The property does NOT have parking. The parking is 8 mins walk and you pay money for it. I had to pay €20 for 12 hours. When I complained to the owner about this, there was no further contact from them. So they clearly know what they’re doing but just not updating booking.com. Hot water lasts about 3 minutes.
