House was elegantly “beachy,” in a great neighborhood, central to everything you would need to stay. Beaches are minutes away, fabulous restaurants are nearby, close to grocery stores, and convenience stores, and anything else you would need. Neighborhood is peaceful, and quiet, and felt like home. The house is spacious, rooms are neat and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The pool is great, there is a grill for your use, and the back patio will make you never want to leave the house! The hosts are amazing, and very accessible for any issues you may have, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, and coolers for those beach days, so you won’t have to buy things you can’t take home which is HUGE in my book! 5 stars for sure!!!!

We had a wonderful time ! Our host was in contact with us all the time. The house is well equipped and big enough for our family of 14. The beaches are BEAUTIFUL !! I recommend it 100%

We had a great stay. Spent 6 days on AMI, at different beaches and explored the island. Walked down and saw several manatees and several dolphins swimming together. The house is stocked with everything you need for the beach and to cook and relax with your family!

We enjoyed the home and neighborhood. Very nice and quiet. Went with 3 families and we fit perfectly. Home had everything needed and more. We enjoyed the pool, went to the beach nearby and most importantly just relaxed. Perfect all around

We had the best experience, from the check in process to our whole stay. The house was immaculate, the decor, size and accommodations were perfect. We had 11 people and a pet, and it was amazingly comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay look no further. My pet is part of my family and finding a bowl there for her was icing in the cake! Host was communicative, accommodating and very sweet. They truly thought of everything you need on a vacation home!!!! If I could give 1k stars I would!!! Thank you for everything ❤️ the Lima family

Great neighborhood! Close to AMI, groceries and things to do. House is very spacious and pool and patio were exactly what we were hoping for. So nice to have a large garage, lots of nice beach chairs and toys, and a washer and dryer. House needs a really good deep clean including patio, and beds and couch were not very comfortable. Overall, highly recommend. Property owner was great!

We had a great time at this Vrbo. The amenities were great. They had umbrella, Beach toys, a wagon, coolers,,,, everything needed for a day at the beach. The host always responded quickly. Great area. We loved it. 15 minutes from most beaches.

The house had plenty of room, but! If you like hard beds this place is for you! The pool is nice, but the pool area should be cleaner. Ceilings fans on the patio were covered in dust and dirt. No garbage disposal. The Foosball table is fragile, we didn’t use because we were afraid we would break it. All you need if you have a 1-3 year old. Worked for us.
Plenty of beds! Lots of stuff for the beach, a plus! Plenty of towels for the pool and beach. Best beach is a 5 mile drive, it was great.
Owner was a fantastic communicator! Almost instant responses.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful! Clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They lay out and each bedroom set up (bunkroom!!) is great for a family-large or small. We hope to be back!!

It was horrible, we had lost power and internet for days already and Trinh’s place thankfully was available and had everything we needed plus it was very stylish. Love the extremely comfortable mattress. Us forty-somethings can’t sleep well on soft saggy mattresses. This was just like home. We slept like a baby. Air conditioning cooled perfectly, quiet and didn’t stink.
I’ve stayed in so many not great VRBOs. It was truly wonderful during such an awful time to come across a place that felt like home.

Perfect house for a great family vacation
The property was perfect for our family. It was clean, clutter free, beautiful, fully stocked with what we needed: towels, beach supplies, bath and kitchen items, all sleeping needs. The bunk room was great for our older kids with the larger beds. The pool was really fun, and the covered space was clutch to protect from bugs.
Trihn was the best manager I’ve ever worked with. Soooo responsive, kind and helpful. Such appreciation for our great family trip. So many wonderful memories made. Thank you!

Beautiful property in beautiful location
This property was perfect for a weekend getaway with family. The home was very clean, modern and spacious. My party had four adults and one teenager, and the home accommodated us with plenty of room to spare. The property is located very close to local beaches and has a large, heated pool for when we didn't want to travel out. I'd recommend this property for anyone wanting to getaway to some fun in the sun without sacrificing any of the creature comforts of home. The check-in process was easy, and the owner was very responsive and friendly. 5 stars, all the way.

What a wonderful experience! The home was exactly as advertised. Big, spacious, well maintained, great for hanging with friends and family, close to the beach, close to shopping and fantastic for the pups! Plus, the host was amazing. Incredibly responsive. Great House to Connect & Relax
Booked this home last minute and was happy to find a great place where our teenagers could bunk together, swim, and hang. With 4 bedrooms, it was the perfect set up for them and for us adults to unwind and enjoy. Great communication by owner. No problems whatsoever with property. Thank you!

Wonderful rental! It was very clean and had lots of room for everyone to spread out. The host was amazing at getting back to us with answers. There is no cable, but we were there to relax and visit family, so not too big of a deal. The pool is absolutely fantastic! We had a terrific experience and would stay again if returning to Bradenton.

Perfect with everything we needed
Our host was great from the start, answered questions promptly and was very accommodating. The house was perfect- clean and well laid out. The pool was warm and the backyard was spaced out well with an outdoor couch and dining table.
The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath and pool towels.
The kitchen was stocked with soap, new sponges, coffee, tea.
Would love to stay here again or look at their other properties.

Family Spring break
This property was perfect for 2 families with kids. The house was set up so well and the kitchen well stocked. The heated pool was a must and a big pool for the size of house. Outdoor shower and grill were great as well. Appreciated the coolers and beach chairs. Best part was how helpful and responsive owner was. She genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful time and offered great suggesting for things to do and places to eat. Coffe and popcorn with machine was sweet touch as well. We will be back.

Amazing home... a must stay!!!
We had an amazing time here and would most definitely be back soon! The house is fantastic and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The hosts are equally amazing and they communicate often and are quick to address any questions. I came here with my family and it was perfect for us... we enjoyed the beach during the day and the heated pool at night! The house is very clean, very spacious, comfortable, and it has everything that you could possibly need in a vacation rental . I will be coming back for sure ... and will plan on staying longer!

Great location, decent property that could benefit from some much overdue repair and upgrading. Owners were fantastic at communication, but there were numerous issues that needed addressing both inside and out. Kitchen was great, and had all you would need for a weeks stay to cook with. Overall we had a good time in spite of the shortcomings.

Perfect!
Excellent stay. Not only did the property exceed our expectations but any questions or needs were answered quickly by the owner. I looked at many properties and read reviews where management was poor and problems unanswered. The amenities and location are great but the care and response from the owner can’t be beat. This is what makes the property top notch. On top of that, the home is very clean, updated, and well maintained. This location would work well both for groups or families. We will definitely be back!

Teal Blue Waters and More!
Great place to stay loved the house and the area. We had a family of Manatees on the adjacent street dock that apparently stay there all year round. Pool was great not a small pool and even had a deep end. House was fully stocked from towels to beach accessories to even fishing pools. Owner was very responsive and quick to respond to any needs and questions we had. Area was great from the teal blue water and white sandy beaches to the black sand and shark teeth finding at Venice beach. Paddling the mangroves at Lido beach a must and the state parks in the area were great as well.
The house could benefit from a full set of pots and pans and although the other family staying with us did not mind the bed was a bit firm for my taste took a night to get used to.
Definitely recommend this place close to everything from great seafood, restaurants, beaches and family places to enjoy I will definitely return.

Just like the pictures!!
My family and I enjoyed 4 nights on this property and had a great time. The pool is wonderful and the kids had so much fun! The owners are quick to respond with any questions we had and were very easy to work with. The only thing I wished was different was a little heads up for the pool cleaning service and lawn maintenance. It caught us by surprise but maybe I missed the posting or info. Besides that everything was great. Place is just like the pictures! Also location is convenient and close to everything we needed.
