Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, mit Blick auf den Hafen, große Terrasse. Schöner Pool direkt vor der Haustür. Geräumiger und gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum und funktionale Küche mit Waschmaschine. Gute Beleuchtung am Bett zum Lesen; fußläufiger Supermarkt und Restaurants

Während der gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer kein funktionierendes Internet und deshalb auch kein Fernsehen. Nach unserer Beschwerde kam ein Techniker, der uns zwei Stunden in der Unterkunft aufhielt, ohne den Fehler zu beheben. Gleich bei unserer Ankunft kam ein Hausmeister und tauschte mehrere defekte Leuchtmittel aus. Das Doppelbett war durchgelegen und unbequem. Im Badezimmer war das Waschbecken viel zu hoch angebracht. Am Übergang von der Dusche zum Boden war Schimmel.

Stunning location overlooking the harbour. Lovely large balcony. Kitchen well equipped and the sofa was super comfy. Larger TV with Netflix too. Shared pool and gardens were immaculate

BEWARE: Patio door locks when you close it and no way of opening from the outside (locked myself out!) Wedge a flip flop in the doorway for safety. Would benefit from aircon as the fans did not keep up with the heat

Perfect location, private balcony, great contact with host.

Close to city centre, parking place next accommodation, pool next to room, nice terrace, washing machine, etc.

Excellent location in the quiet area of Puerto del Carmen overlooking the harbour. Easy to find, very clean & good communication with owners.

Can’t fault the property

Fantastic views from the lounge and balcony. Very close to the old town port and hundreds of restaurants. Beautiful road from the apartment to the port by the water. There are some stairs but it didn't bother me. I like walking. Super helpful host. We had a great time in the evenings with live music. I'd love to come back!

A small, maybe not a note but what would be useful to improve. There is only one set of keys to the gate and the apartment. It is a bit of a nuisance when you want to go shopping, for example. Despite this, the stay was great!

Well equipped, large one bed apartment with views over Puerto del Carmen Harbour,on a secure well maintained complex.

Excellent, peaceful location in the old town, lovely view of the harbour from balcony, apartment spacious & clean, Complex very clean & tidy with a lovely quiet pool 🙂

Just 2 small things: Could have done with black out curtains in bedroom as lights outside on all night. Patio doors needed oiling as very stiff to open.
