Beautiful house! Owners were easy to communicate with and helpful. We had so much fun! Plenty of space and close enough to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay. The house was big enough to accommodate 9 adults and one kid. We loved that the kitchen, living room and porch had enough room for all of us. We spent a majority of our time on the porch enjoying the beautiful weather. My kid loved the hot tub and yard games. I would definitely stay again. The house was very nice.

The property was perfect for a family getaway! Rooms are all spacious and comfortable. There was lots of time enjoyed together between the upstairs game room and hang out area, and the outdoor swim spa and firepit! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was bigger than expected, spacious, clean and we had no complaints. The deck is huge and plenty of room to accommodate a huge group of people. I would definitely recommend this house for any large gathering to just relax and have a blast. Both the upper and lower decks were perfect for the ladies to sun bath in privacy, while us guys had more than enough room to have to games of corn hole going at the same time. Highly recommended spot

We rented this place for a get together of old college friends. 9 guys in the early 40's. It was perfect in so many ways. Plenty of room at the table/counter area. As long as no one snores, the upstairs beds handled our crowd - leaving two private rooms downstairs with king beds each. Comfy bed by the way.
The deck is what makes this place an excellent stay: Two fire pits, a grill, some outdoor games (cornhole), a large table to dine on, and such a sizeable hot-tub.
Cons: You're in a seedy section of town with industry and buildings for your view unless you ignore them and focus on Lookout Mountain. There is a gate though and I didn't see any shady characters about so I realized it was a pretty safe place after a day there. Only two bathrooms.

A beautiful home with an amazing huge hot tub and deck.. My Grandchildren loved playing ping pong and the hot tub is more like a small pool, we enjoyed having s’mores on the deck in the evenings

We were a group of 10 coworkers that are like sisters that came together for a virtual conference. The house was perfect for us! The living room was big enough for all of us to watch our conference. The kitchen / dining room was just the right size for meals. And the outdoor amenities were perfect for the downtime -- the hot tub was big enough for all of us!
The beds were super comfy and the room upstairs was huge.
The neighborhood is a little interesting but we never had any problems. I loved the gate. It gave us the feeling of being in our own little enclosed retreat.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient to downtown Chattanooga. The deck, with the large hot tub, was a wonderful way to spend our evenings after a busy day exploring. We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, and full of so much to do. We spent the majority of the time on the awesome deck. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. We are definitely planning on booking this property again for vacation sometime!

A swim spa to die for, a fire pit, grill, dining area, sunning area and games. The home sits on a hillside above a busy road so expect some motor traffic during the day. It does subside a bit at night. Its a very industrial neighborhood so venturing requires driving. That is no big deal because dtn Chattanooga is minutes away. We had everything we wanted and needed so we didn't leave the property the whole time we were there. Its a very relaxing environment. Hosts were very accommodating and flexible. I will definitely return to this little oasis.

We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, and full of so much to do. We spent the majority of the time on the awesome deck. I would give this property 5+ stars if I could. We rented it for my daughter’s bridal party for her Chattanooga wedding. It was everything we needed and more. The listing is extremely accurate but honestly doesn’t do it justice. There are outside games and nice touches - stocked s’mores bar- that weren’t even listed. We were able to check in early without a prior request to do so. The owners were immediately responsive to my messages. I have already shared the listing with our wedding planner as I think it is perfect for wedding parties. The only thing people need to understand when booking is that the location is close to downtown and so convenient but the neighborhood is older. We however felt completely safe at all times and the house is gated for added security. Would book again!

This house was great in the photos but phenomenal in person. Close to the Tennessee Aquarium and all the fun activities Chattanooga has to offer. House was very clean with lots of updated modern charm. The back porch deck was a great place to unwind and enjoy family time. The fire pit, pool spa, and backyard games kept us all entertained! Didn’t want to leave the house. Host were amazing at answering any questions with a quick response. The beds were insanely comfortable! We have amazing temper-Pedic beds at home but these beds were a whole another level.

The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but as others said, with the privacy fence & the trees around the property, we felt safe & in our own private escape. No locks on the bedroom doors. This house was great in the photos but phenomenal in person. Close to the Tennessee Aquarium and all the fun activities Chattanooga has to offer. Didn’t want to leave the house. Host were amazing at answering any questions with a quick response. The beds were insanely comfortable! Traffic could be a bit noisy while on the deck, but that did not bother us at all. As previous guests have mentioned the house is in an industrial area, but at no time did we feel unsafe. In fact we felt very secluded. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The house as a whole is very welcoming and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The owners are friendly and responsive. We highly recommend staying here and definitely would stay here again.

The property itself is beautiful. The cleanliness was amazing. The beds were super comfy. The huge deck and hot tub was a great hit for the girls on the trip. There were a couple things that didn’t work like the fire pit but we made due without. Also there was a board coming up on the upper deck. I also figured by the pictures we we would be a great area and it wasn’t the best area. The house is tucked away in the industrial park in what seemed to be the lower end of town. Which is fine but I think that should be addressed in the description. Over all it’s a pretty home with so much space and amazing amenities.

My family truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home was well equipped and had many extra features like the swim spa, pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey table. My kids (ages 8,9) at no time complained of being bored and having nothing to do while at the house. We spent a lot of time in the swim spa and on the huge deck. Traffic could be a bit noisy while on the deck, but that did not bother us at all. As previous guests have mentioned the house is in an industrial area, but at no time did we feel unsafe.
